This place located at Convent Garden is quite nice, where the room is like a small studio apartment with some decently nice appliances.
The nearest tube station is Charing Cross on the northern or bakerloo lines.

Friendly staff at the reception that are in through the day. There isn't really something sitting behind a reception counter as all the check-in terminals are the touch self check-in kind although reception staff will help if you have any issues.

I was here on a business trip and was assigned a room on the second floor. This place has a lift and once the doors open to the second floor, you are welcomed by a LED lit hallway where each door of individuals rooms have some decent tech panels and the sign posting that are visually nice for each floor.

Once you swipe into your room, you will find that this room is well equipped with all the amenities you would have in an apartment - A mini fridge, a dishwasher, Hob, Microwave, TV, iron and ironing board, loads of cutlery and other miscellaneous stuff as you can see in the images.

WiFi is complimentary and the password to the WiFi is oscarwilde all in lowercase. There is no housekeeping provided but a light refresh in terms of towels changed and bins emptied for if you are staying between 4 to 6 number of days. If you are staying more than 7 days and want a full room clean, change of bed linen and towels they charge an extra £30 for that day.

2 Small Water bottles and a couple of nibbles are provided complimentary for your stay. London can get rainy and they provide you with a umbrella to use for Free for the duration of your stay. If you however want to take the umbrella away once you finally checkout, it would cost you £15 to make it your own.

Had trouble finding the ironing board, which I learnt later that evening being located in the storage under the bed along with the hair dryer.

Breakfast is not provided at the property, but you could find some options just around the corner.

Dear Nash, Many thanks for taking the time out to write your feedback. It was an absolute pleasure to welcome you to Wilde Aparthotel Covent Garden- the name inspired by Irish 19th-century playwright Oscar Wilde. I am elated to ready you liked our rooms. It wasn't an easy job for our design team to create an Aparthotel in such premium location, which is surrounded by so many expensive ordinary hotels. Most of our studios have a 200 cm x 200 cm super comfy beds( super king size), storage under the beds, a kitchenette, touch screen lighting and blackout blinds control( no switches), 43 inches smart TV's and with chromecast and we even managed to fit a wash basin. Along with upbeat rooms and a great location, delivering genuine and friendly service is highly important to us and I am chuffed to learn that you appreciated your interactions with our staff. Nash we look forward to welcoming you back to The Wilde and please do not hesitate to contact me directly whenever your travel plans bring you back to London. Best regards, Yannick and Wilde Team.

This was my 4th trip to London and will now be my headquarters for all future visits! I chose Wilde for the Covent Garden location which was hugely convenient for West End shows (walk to all the theatres), great restaurants, sightseeing, and a neighborhood that is vibrant and safe. Wilde delivered on top of these appealing aspects with an awesome staff, comfortable accommodations and a sparkling clean room.

The Wilde staff is the perfect mix of professional and friendly. They were warm and generous with their time and input on our daily outings. In the mornings we’d pass through the lobby on our way out and if we mentioned where we were headed the staff suggested nearby places to visit as well as advised on weather and transportation.

There wasn’t a phone in the room (and my cell phone didn’t have data in England) but the lobby staff helped me make arrangements for a pizza and beer delivery our first night in. The best part was the helpful attitude, happy to assist! They also helped my sister celebrate her birthday with a surprise in our room and kind birthday wishes.

We had a 5th floor room facing the Strand (room 506) and heard zero road noise, even with floor to ceiling windows, and loved the view down at the double-decker busses and commuters going about their days. The king-sized bed was super comfortable and the blackout shades worked like magic for a restful sleep each night.

Coming from Heathrow, the easiest way to travel to the hotel is the Piccadilly line to Covent Garden station and a 5 minute (basically downhill!) walk to the hotel. I’d also recommend Rocke & Sole for fish and chips nearby as well as Bob Bob Ricard for their amazing passionfruit martini and ambiance.

Thank you Wilde, can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed two night stay in a Studio double Apartment. A very good location on The Strand, minutes from Embankment Station and Trafalgar Square and close to Leicester Square and all the sights of London.. Arriving early to a most welcome staff and my room was ready, which was a relief after been on the move a few hours.. After a speedy check-in I was escorted to my 3rd floor studio room and after a tour and explanation of the lighting keypad and other room features I settled in, before getting ready for my evening event. A very compact room with lovely little kitchen comprising of a Smeg kettle and Toaster which got much use over the two days.. A microwave and hob top and an essential fridge which contained Ballygowan water and a small bottle of milk.. Also provided were teabags and biscuits and condiments for cooking.. They also provide a basket of items to purchase including crisps, wine and soft drinks.. A great use of space found an iron and board housed in a drawer under the spacious and comfortable bed. Ample towels and toiletries were available for a super modern shower.. The kitchen I must add was well stocked with plates and glassware and mugs, which can be washed in the provide dishwasher.. All in all I can highly recommend a visit to Wilde and I look forward to returning soon!

Our first time staying in this aparthotel, what a great location ( just off The Strand) and amazing staff.
The rooms are compact but what they have managed to do with the space is a real eye opener.
When we walked in on the left we had a small kitchenette area with hob, microwave ,small dish washer and fridge , along with crockery and cutlery.
The bed was really comfortable ( my only gripe is that one side of the bed is against the wall hence more difficult to get out of at night) and there is a large TV opposite with a small dining table and chairs.
The bathroom is small but adequate with a shower and toilet, with the basin being in the main room.
Hanger space is extremely limited with only enough space for 4/5 coat hangers so for a longer stay you would be living out of your suitcase.
Everything is operated by touch control and easy to use.
The room has air conditioning, along with hairdryer and iron.
Great stay and would definitely come back.

I originally booked the windowless, basement room which I thought was just as lovely as the other rooms but then I got upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel; on the 7th floor with a view of The Strand and the London skyline. The room was bigger than your typical Central London hotel, has a kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The room design was quite modern too-- cute and has the essentials. I'll definitely come back!

We stayed here on 27th April. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would definitely recommend. Tucked down a little street just off the main street of the West End in a fantastic location near all attractions with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The area felt safe.

We stayed in a basement room and I couldn’t recommend it enough- we didn’t even notice that there was no window and you didn’t feel like you were in a basement. If we’re honest we’re glad we didn’t have a window so we didn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the city outside when we’re trying to sleep.

All amenities in the room were complimentary and we were told by the receptionist that if we needed a top up of any of these we could contact them on WhatsApp and they would be happy to replenish at any time which we thought was a lovely touch!

The room itself was a nice size and perfect for a couple of days break. The room was clean and tidy and the room has been designed well and uses the space cleverly. We were impressed with the lovely smelling soaps that were provided and the fresh milk and water that was in the fridge.

CAFE Nero is not even 10 steps away from the front of the hotel so you can pop in there early morning and grab yourself some breakfast! We were also impressed by the checkout time of 11am. I think we found ourselves a little gem here and we’ll definitely return when we are next in the area.

Also value for money is amazing!

Booked for one night for a short stay in London. Staff were welcoming and helpful, check in was a little busy, as there were a few of us arriving at the same time, and it all takes place around a computer screen in the foyer. Our room was small and compact but very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated.

We had a small kitchen area with everything we could need for making some breakfast in the morning and, with several supermarkets nearby, supplies were easy to purchase. It was nice to find milk and bottled water in the fridge, along with a small supply of tea/coffee/sugar. I particularly liked the lovely colour of the smeg toaster and kettle.

The bed was super comfortable, although it was quite high up and one side was against the wall/window which made getting in and out of it a bit of a manoeuvre! Shower was lovely and warm and powerful. All the lights, window blinds, heating, air con, etc work from touch panels on the wall which, once you work out what they all do, are quite fun to use. There are no wardrobes, so nowhere to hang anything up, which wasn’t an issue for one night and an iron/ironing board is also provided.

The only negative is the fact that there is lovely big screen TV in the room but it does not have signal to any tv stations. You have to connect to it via a device such as an iPhone, iPad, etc and then you stream from the apps on your device, ie Netflix, bbc Iplayer, etc. The process to do this was quite complicated if you’re not that tech savvy and, although it works from the free WiFi provided, it was slow and kept freezing and buffering. To be honest we weren’t bothered about streaming a movie or anything but it would have been nice to be able to put the tv on and watch the news or the paralympics whist getting ready and having breakfast in the morning.

Location is great for lots of the sights and theatres, we walked everywhere and it is only a 5 mins walk from charring cross tube station. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and when checking out we were able to leave our suitcases free of charge whilst we spent the day sightseeing. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in London.

This sleek sophisticated and fully technical aparthotel certainly exceeded our expectations during our short stay in London.
Very clean and cleverly designed to maximize comfort in a small place. The room was quiet and comfortable, ensuring we had a perfect nights stay. The small apartment comes equipped with fully functioning kitchenette, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with complimentary milk and water, sink and even a dishwasher!
The bathroom is small but shower area spacious providing powerful shower and large fluffy towels.
Underbed storage and even an ironing board and iron are also tucked under the bed in a separate draw. A small pull down desk to provide workspace and flat screen TV.
Small area also provided to hang clothes and large umbrella to borrow.
The whole room is controlled digitally from light switches to blinds and air-conditioning. Nothing has been missed in these amazing little aparthotel rooms.
We will definitely be staying here again.
Must not forget to mention the staff in the reception area also very helpful and accomodating.

Yes, there is a laundry service. There is a large laundry bag in each room, drop this off at reception first thing in the morning, from memory by about 9am and for 20 pound contents get washed and returned same day. I used the service when I was there & it was great. They also have dry cleaning if required which is more expensive.
