Nestled conveniently close to Park Royal tube station, Park Plaza London Park Royal garners admiration for its helpful staff and modern ambiance. Guests have called out the well-maintained, spotless rooms and the hotel's overall cleanliness, although housekeeping practices occasionally leave room for improvement. Despite mixed views on value, with some citing unexpected fees, the hotel's strategic location and amenities like digital check-in remain popular among travelers. Room experiences vary, with cleanliness and noise being points of contention for some visitors.

Arrived earlier than planned after a business meeting In the area and the lovely ladies on reception could not have been more helpful and let me check in earlier with no extra charge. I thought this was such a lovely gesture.
There is only a small area for parking and this is charged for at £13 for 24 hours.
I was allocated room 216 on the second floor which was a king studio first impressions were that it was lovely, quite roomy and modern and cleaned to a high standard.
Nice touch with the control panel to change the lighting and air con, the mood lighting option was very nice I found it very relaxing.
The room consisted of a large bed a desk, settee and tables and a large TV on the wall.
The bathroom was lovely again very clean and had a sliding door between the toilet and shower, so you could only slide the door one way to either close the toilet door or to close the shower door. For me as i was travelling on my own this wasn’t a problem but if there are two people in the room it may be an issue as you can only have one door closed at a time.
There were also some lovely Elemis products in the bathroom
For your use, which I love Elemis and a brand I use daily so I was delighted to See they had provided shampoo conditioner and a body wash.
The room also had a kettle with tea coffee and milk in one of the cupboards. I do feel some biscuits would have been a nice gesture to add which most hotels do offer now.
The free wifi was great I had no problem watching a film on Netflix in the evening.
Although my room overlooked the main busy road I couldn’t hear any traffic noise at all.
I ordered room service on the evening which I have to say the choice was a little limited so I ordered the burger and French fries. I can not say this was the best burger I’ve had but it wasn’t the worst by far.
I was hungry and it was edible.
The breakfast the following morning was lovely and lots of choice including a cooked buffet breakfast, cereals, pastries, cheese, smoked mackerel.. something for everyone’s taste.
The staff are so very helpful here, very attentive, exceptionally welcoming and really friendly.
I would definitely stay here again when I am next in the area and would 100% recommend this hotel.

I picked this hotel as was going to see an Eden concert in March and was meeting my boyfriend from Austria.
My first impression was how fancy the lounge area of the hotel is, the lighting and music offers a relaxed atmosphere when sitting downstairs.
We then went into the room and were very impressed by the size and look of the room, it was quite modern and the view of the city was gorgeous especially at night with the lights of the city, it was very romantic.
We did have an issue with the toilet where the flusher broke but we informed staff who were very concerned and got it fixed the same day by the time we got back from our night out.
The bed was quite firm but not to the point of being too uncomfortable and it was very easy to sleep in.
The rooms have little consoles to adjust the lights and temperatures which is great as my temperature fluctuates a lot so being able to change it while being in bed was good.
We spent our last night at the bar, while the drinks were quite pricey, it was a really romantic little area to relax and spend our last night in so would recommend anyone to visit it at some point in their stay.
Overall, a really romantic little getaway for couples and my boyfriend and I plan to stay here again on future anniversaries.

I feel this would have been perfect if the restaurant was open and room service available. It’s a smaller hotel and they seem short staffed. Having to walk out to get water, juice and food for me was ridiculous. We ended up ordering non stop from Uber eats and then with the breakfast that was available we had to go down to pick it up and it just wasn’t worth the money (a tasty bacon bap, small carton of concentrated juice, fruit salad, yoghurt and two pastries). We also weren’t allowed bath robes, proper cutlery or an ice bucket. It ruined the experience but no fault of the hotel they are following guidelines. However if this was communicated to us prior to the booking we wouldn’t have bothered going, we basically just paid for a bed and tv for two nights with no service or amenities.

My partner and I went to the plaza a few days ago. Months prior to this we went to a plaza is Westminster and was amazing. However in Park Royal it was very different. The hotel was very clean and the receptionists were lovely and couldn’t fault.
Now for the bad.
In the room the shower was terrible it was not powerful, terrible and for the amount of money you pay to Stay in these hotels you would expect a good shower. The bed was two single mattresses pushed together and had a top mattress which was horrible the bed was consistently moving apart which made it very uncomfortable. The tv had such bad signal it kept cutting out so even watching tv was disappointing.

The room service we ordered food and the chips, calamari and pizza were cold. Shocking.
On our second night we went to the restaurant in the hotel for my partners birthday meal. The food was hot and lovely, however the service was horrendous there was 4 other tables in the restaurant and as a waitress myself I can no the stress and it was the most stress free service for the server I have ever seen. The waiter was so slow at getting our drinks and menus and taking our order. When our food came the side of chips arrived half way through are meal, there was no check back. We got the pudding menus and ordered some drinks the waiter forgot about the drinks and didn’t come to take our order for another 25mins by this point we gave up, paid and left. So disappointing as I wanted to make it a special night for my partner which was ruined by the service.
So disappointing wanted the trip away to be amazing for my partners birthday but was let down and left us with a sour taste to the trip

Hotel appears new. One night stay with breakfast prices at £62 - great for the price. There were hand sanitisers throughout the hotel in public areas.

Due to COVID-19, the breakfast was packaged as a take away. Breakfast had a large choice including a kids option - option chosen was a bacon roll, yoghurt, fruit, croissant and an orange juice.

Room: the room was large and bathroom was nice however the shower head level was not adjustable. You are able to link you phone or laptop to the tv and watch Netflix/YouTube.

We will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is great, staff, cleanliness, ambience, rooms, breakfast etc, the only thing that lets this hotel down is the parking situation. They are happy for you to park on the yellow lines or in spaces that aren't spaces, on the kerb etc but when it comes to paying (£12.50 for 24 hours - only option), there is an App or you can call, or you can pay at the machine. I always use the App which is great if it works, but it regularly crashes (I stay here often), you can then call them but generally if there is a problem with the App then the phone call won't work either. You are then left with trying to get change for the machine, it's all a bit stressful. This is my only criticism.

Excellent value for money. This is a well appointed hotel in a good location. 5 mins walk from park royal station. Lifts designed well in that you allways walk forward in them when yoi have a baby buggy or wheel chair its a small thought but works well. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Good sound proofing too. Bath room loghts could be brighter the wife found it a little difficult to apply her makeup in there. Room service was let down by cold food. The restaurant manger came to see us and retified the situtation above and beyond. Parking is very much the short coming of the hotel so please beware of this.

For the price we paid for a three night stay with breakfast wasn't great due to not being able to get a refund we didn't have a choice but to stay..
Room only gets cleaned every three days due to there policy.but for the price you pay per night you would expect to.have your room cleaned upon request.
The shower head broke off when my young daughter went in the morin so ask if it could be fixed several times took them 9hrs before it got fixed..
Breakfast wasn't great just ya bog standard breakfast didn't taste fresh and wasn't a huge selection upon like other hotels where you get a huge selection..so we didn't bother eating breakfast for the last two days of our stay and we couldn't get a refund for the breakfast we paid for but didn't eat.i asked about the breakfast etc and they said it was fresh especially the scrambled eggs that weren't fresh i could tell straight away that there were out of a bag pre made just add water.and the boiled weren't cooked properly....so overall our stay at the hotel was awful and I wouldn't be staying at this chain of hotel again I have stayed in alot of hotels due to my job and for the price you pay at this one the service etc is not great.
There are other hotels in London that offer better service better breakfast etc etc for the same price and that have alot more things to do around the area.

I would give it 3 stars and that being generous...so I will not be staying here again

We wanted somewhere in the area and was initially put off by its proximity to the western avenue but sensibly the glass is so thick the traffic noise is not really an issue. Got there at about midnight after a delayed flight into Luton . -1 degrees with two young children and a less than happy wife. The doorman Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was new clean and very pleasant. Breakfast was great and the girls there were all most willing to please us and again very helpful. Thanks to Pauline, the Mangeress’s kind and understanding nature she averted a potential problem that could have tainted our stay. The Hotel Doesn’t own the car park. It is run remotely from Scotland and heavy fines if you don’t pay immediately. There is a machine outside that you have to have £12.50 in coins to use. You can pay by mobile but it only accepts uk mobile numbers. Pauline was unaware of all this, the hotel being so new so I’m sure she will do her utmost to resolve this. I will most definitely recommend staying there again.

Booked this hotel for 4 night stay for my partner and i Checked in Monday 30th December, we were given a room with no door between the bedroom and the toilet. The TV in that room also had terrible signal. Went down to reception and asked to change as we needed a door, the lady replied ,"Thats not really a problem". I insisted on the change then she moved us to another room. The room we were moved to, now had 2 singles beds pushed together, instead of having 1 doubled bed that we booked, Very uncomfortable and kept moving apart. The room also had a strong smoke smell to which the staff also acknowledged but still let us move into it .We asked for them to put a doubled bed, but all they did was put a double mattress cover and push the beds together . My partner couldn't have this anymore , and we came down early hours of the morning and spoke to SIMON at reception, who said he would find us a room in the morning when people check out. We were then allocated a room later that day, which had a door and also a double bed, On checking out , i had to wait 15 minutes at reception for someone to assist with our bags, we had 4 bags, and none of the ladies ( Andrea , Hajiba) on reception felt it was an urgent matter to have our bags taken to the car. The was a girl on training aswell i couldnt catch her name she was also rude, We paid around 500 pounds for our stay , and i feel like we deserved way better treatment than we got. I am disappointed.
