Loved the apartment, it was a great location away from the tourist traps. We walked to Hyde Park daily. The hosts were great and always at the desk so I felt very safe. It is a very nice part of town. The apartment itself was well-equipped, spacious and great for a family of three. The only small negative was that our upstairs neighbors were a little loud at night sometimes.

In the last 4/5 years I have become an usual client of Queensgate. Also this August notwithstanding the covid I found the resort perfectly open and operative. The staff has been careful and answered all my requests. For sure I will be back again in the near future.

Terrific stay at Queensgate Court. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the heat was very hard to manage - either WAY too hot or completely off.
Super convenient to Prince Albert Hall, Gardens, Tube, Buses.
Staff was very nice and attentive.

We booked in at the last minute having left another apartment manged by a crowed called city relay, don't use them. Anyway found this place via booking, com who were great over the our previous issue. Whereas we could get any help before the staff at Queensgate Court were fantastic all we heard was not a problem.

The staff were so helpful and obliging and the who experience was stellar. We had a two bedroom apartment and plenty of room. We are looking at staying here again. The location is great, near Hyde Park and lots of Embasseys residence around the area. Felt very safe and always welcomed when we retuned back to the apartment. They have a 24/7 reception and recognise you from day 1.

Yep you will pay a little more than elswhere but I think its worth it for the service and location you get.

Fantastic ground floor apartment 1A . Small kitchen and seating area , mezzanine floor with a large double bed , seperate bathroom and shower . Very clean , super friendly and helpful lady on reception . There is car parking on the main road for 4 hours , but if you go down Queensgate to Harrington road , and use Kensington parking centre we got 24 hours for £60 . Ideal for Albert Hall , Natural history and Hyde Park , would absolutely stay here again . Word of warning though if you are tall like me mind your head , the ceiling is very low on the Mezzanine!

Dear Dave M Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback about your recent stay at our ground floor apartment 1A. It's wonderful to know that you found the accommodation very clean, and we're pleased that our reception staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate your tip on parking and are glad you found it convenient. I arrived after midnight at this location after booking.com inexplicably canceled my reservation just as I was taking off from nyc to London. My spacious, clean apt was lovely and in a beautiful part of town. Staff was welcoming, courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Thanks!

Check-in was prompt on arrival. The apartments are situated in a lovely area of London with good access to the city. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment: the rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen came in handy with a dishwasher and washing machine, making our stay that much easier. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the Wi-Fi cut out occasionally. This is the second time I have stayed here and I would recommend it.

We stayed in a three bedroom / two bathroom apartment which was perfect for our extended family. Great location and fabulous home-away-from-home property with all the amenities you could wish for. Highly recommended but you pay for what you get - and it's worth it.

Although the initial check-in proved a little complicated due to early arrival, all efforts were made to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
The place is quite new and kept spotless. High ceiling rooms and modern bathroom facilities. We had a studio ( No.11) on two levels which was a bit tight upstairs for tall folks. The kitchenette was most adequate for in between meals or take-out food, but best of all was the location and the different cuisines in the immediate neighbourhood on Gloucester Road.
Although located on the street level and facing the Queensgate traffic the apartment was surprisingly quiet.I don't see the need to call it Queens Gate Court, as that is the parallel road running behind the hotel. Sounds more quiet, but in most likelihood makes very little difference.
The staff at reception was always friendly and most helpful. Cleaning service as well.
