The Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square gave us exceptional service from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Their reception staff gave us a tour of the hotel and gave us a cash advance when we ran short of cash. The restaurant staff were very attentive and responsive. The doormen took great care of us and the room was huge and had a fabulous bathroom with white marble, a large shower, and a beautiful bathtub. We left another five star hotel and came to the Four Seasons Ten Trinity because the Service was better and the price was less than a third of what we paid at the other hotel! I would return in a heartbeat.

Four Seasons excellence at a boutique scale; rooms and public areas exquisite and you never feel like an ice cube in a tray. Location ultra convenient to tube, sight-seeing and running. Staff up to the usual 4S snuff.

I stayed there for 1 night for my birthday celebration, you can see a video I made on my Instagram handle @rihanna_atherley. Upon arrival staff members greeted me pleasantly and helped bring my bags to my room. When I entered my room there was a birthday card written by the hotel director along with a birthday snack left on the table. The staff members were friendly and super helpful, the room was so clean and everything was ready for all my guests, e.g bath robes, towels, slippers etc. Staff members addressed all my guests by their last name. This is the hotel you need to visit if you want to be treated like royalty, I have no complaints. The hotel spa/pool is immaculate and peaceful. Location is good, nearby by (10mins walk) you have uber river boat, Tower Hill castle, tower bridge and lots of unique restaurants like coppa club.
I would 110% recommended

I had a very disappointing overall experience while being a member of the Four Season Spa/Gym at Ten Trinity square which felt more than a 1 star hotel Spa than a 5 star luxury hotel Spa. During the short 6 months I was I member I encounter endless broken and maintenance issues, along with filthy and unhygienic conditions in the Spa. Instead of being able to come to the Spa relax I would leave feeling very disappointed having to point out the issues constantly to the staff, instead of a luxury experience I felt drained and exhausted that the staff were not proactive enough in checking their own facilities.

The steam room hose was broken for months, the floors were not being cleaned properly and absolutely filthy (see photo attached), the steam room also had disgusting mould growing by the seating area (see photos attached), the vitality water massage jets would regularly breakdown and not be repaired for months, the 6 of the 8 pool lounge chairs had broken back support making it uncomfortable to sit down and relax, the shower rooms would regularly be dirty and bathroom had urine marks on wall that were not cleaned in months (see photo attached), there were broken/torn towels. Dirty water coolers that have not been cleaned properly in months. Bleach/cleaning chemicals left randomly in lockers in the changing room for guests to access.

It was shocking as I had never come across a Spa with such an extensive list of issues in such a short time span, not even a basic cheap £15 easy gym or council gym would have been left in such poor state.

There was just a clear lack of basic understanding of luxury or quality which was a shame as the design of the spa was beautiful. It is as if the management though because they were operating the hotel under the four season name the hotel automatically was a luxury experience without really thinking about the quality and standard of experience they are delivering to the guests.

I tried to feedback to the management of the hotel my concerns but was brushed off as if my experiences were not a big deal and normal. In the end I felt exhausted after coming across so many wrong details in such a short period of time.

In my time I also had other members from their private club and gym approach me to discuss how I found the facilities and we all shared similar experiences. There are other reviews also below on trip advisor that will testify to similar experience.

Top notch hotel, with great service, and excellent location. Everyone of the service staff from housekeeping to the Conceirge and doormen exemplified the highest of service standards. Worth the extra costs if you want to be treated as royalty. Also the glass elevator was something to behold.

The hotel is amazing from the moment you arrive. It's nestled in London so well that you can almost miss it.
The food, the service and decor is truly magnificent. You need to make sure you bring your wallet as it isn't cheap as is expected but what you pay for is worth it.
We stayed for two nights in a suite with an amazing taster lunch and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble.
We will visit again.

Staying here was a treat as we had not gone anywhere the whole pandemic, we decided on a stay-cation in London. This hotel is marvellous. The building is breath-taking, very luxurious and the staff is super attentive and friendly. The room was so great too, the bath was amazing, shower everything, and also super sparking clean. Extensive list of amenities in the bathroom, to slippers, bathrobes, bottled water, shoe cleaning service, the list goes on. The spa is also amazing, the pool was great to swim in and the jacuzzi was so big with so many types of water jets. We didn't use the spa treatments, but I suppose those would be great too. We even got a turndown service before sleeping which was a treat. It was my boyfriend's birthday the following week and they surprised him with a small cake and a card in the room when we arrived! They also posted some postcards we had written, even abroad to friends and family. The Rotunda bar has a great atmosphere as well with great cocktails. 10/10 experience, I will not forget it!

W ehad a lovely weekend package celebrating our anniversary and booked at La Dame De Pic which was very convenient.
Th breakfast was included and was ala carte cooked to order . We ate lunch at Rotunda Bar and it was quite expensive £160 for 2 including cocktail and high service/tax rates but we did have very good attentive service.
The executive suite was lovely, large and spacious and clean!
Use of the pool had to be booked and we didn't get any slots. Parking was included in the package.
Their iPads which had the room service and the iPad Charing stand didn't work ..so would recommend keeping an eye on.
Parking to drop off lugage was difficult as the area of the road was full always

lovely building, however more could be done to explain its history. you need a electronics degree to work out the electric in the room, slow service from young people who have no idea. requested the fire to be lit at 4.30pm they arrived at 7.00pm as we where going out for dinner. struggled with breakfast just to get some milk for the tea, food came , but was cold. and most important have been overcharged by three times now, and still no response, total now taken is £5500, for one night !!!

I've been to a few afternoon teas, some good, some not so good. This is definitely one of the few on my "must return someday" list.

The setting was lovely and staff very welcoming. With it being an area that isn't too busy during weekends, there weren't many people around but there was a pianist playing which helped to fill the cavernous Rotunda lounge and stop you hearing other diners. I can't say the pianist was a draw for me when I read it on the website, but having gone and heard her, I became a fan after hearing her sing her rendition of John Legend's All of Me. The dress code is smart casual but I did see quite a few people in tshirt and jeans or trainers but no one said anything, so I like that there was actually a relaxed, chilled vibe about this. The waiters always had masks properly on which I can't say for all restaurants I've been to where the norm seems to be to have it not covering their noses - but I expect at a place like this they have impeccable uniform standards and this is one of the things that gets checked.

They brought out everything at once (this should be the norm but in some places they bring out the sandwiches first and desserts second which I'm not a fan of as I like to balance the sweet with savoury). You can switch between teas during your meal if you like. The sandwiches themselves were very good, my favourite being the egg mayonaise which we've all eaten a fair few of in our lives I'm sure, but this one was exceptional as they'd seasoned it so well and the addition of truffle really elevated it. The desserts were good and at one point the chef brings out one of the desserts (a crown on a pillow) to each table which adds a special touch. The desserts are all themed on jewels from the tower of London nearby. The scones came with the usual jams but also lemon curd which was a nice twist and has become a new obsession for me! I feel the amount of food served in total was just right; often afternoon teas can feel like a bit too much at times.

I'm very much looking forward to returning here or trying out their other hotel in Mayfair.
