A cozy atmosphere and modern amenities, such as the praised comfortable beds and powerful showers, contribute to its appeal. Recently stayed in both a std & bigger room - both were clean and provided the usual std of comfort & cleanliness expected in a Premier Inn. Staff were friendly, the lounge area a lovely addition, with free soft drinks, and the location great with an easy walk to the West End or Covent Garden. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in the heart of Fitzrovia just a few hundred yards from Goodge Street underground station and within walking distance of Oxford Street.
It’s a clean, modern hotel with compact but very confortable rooms. The en suite shower rooms are well laid out and the bedrooms whilst not large offer a comfortable bed, flat screen TV a/c and free wi fi.
Access to rooms is via a central lift which presents few problems to those with mobility issues, and there are a number of accessible rooms available.
The café bar serves light snacks and an unlimited continental breakfast at a small additional cost. Alcoholic beverages are also on hand for those tempted to an early evening tipple.
The staff are attentive and friendly and a credit to the establishment.
Al in all great location and excellent value for money.

hub by Premier Inn is perfect for solo travelers: you'll get a large, comfortable bed (that is big enough to sleep 2, so don't fret if you're going to bring someone back to your room for a... nap), a wonderful, high-pressure shower with instantaneous hot water that doesn't run out, good quality shampoo and soap, generously fluffy towels, good lighting, plenty of storage space... it really is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at in London.

The somewhat less good: their iOS app is not available to US iPhone users and the wifi is somewhat cantankerous if you're trying to use it with a VPN, but that's not a big deal.

2020 forms part of a number of events and experience's to celebrate my 60th year. Using Premier Inn / Hubs is an integral part of this, specially London & Manchester.
Goodge Street offers a 5 star Service, Location in Central London at extremely good value for money.

The rooms are what you expect. Small, functional with smart use of modern technology. Little touches like 'Let's spend the night together' label's on your bed or 'Let's get Fresh' on the liquid soap.

Good access, Lifts and security. 2 minutes walk from Goodge Street Station. Great for central London.

I stayed in the HbyPI purely by chance whilst in London for a conference. My accommodation was booked by my hosts (whom it transpired had worked on the development, hence the selection choice).

Having stayed in many Premier Inns, sometimes on an extended basis, whilst travelling on business I really was blown away by this one.

Being reasonably new, the rooms & public spaces are finished to a really high standard befitting of the central London location. Our arrival & departure times were such that interaction with staff was minimal, but very warm & helpful all the same.

I enjoyed a fantastic nights sleep in an extremely comfortable room which is just what’s needs on short hop work trips.

Please give this place a look when in the area, it’s now on my go-to list.

I stayed here with my girlfriend back in March 2020 (just prior to the Covid-19 lockdown) for a theatre trip. The room is nothing like a standard Premier Inn; the rooms are small and basic but very modern and clean. We found the room to be perfect for just a one night stay however it would probably have not been ideal for any longer stays as there is limited storage in the room. The bathroom facility was, again, clean and modern however be aware that the door and walls are glass so may be an issue if you prefer something more private. The breakfast service is continental with a good selection of pastries, breads and cereals alongside assorted cold and hot drinks. Overall, this hotel is a great base for a short trip to London in a great location (not far from London Euston station for the West Coast Mainline and Goodge Street Tube Station). I will definitely consider using this hotel in future.

I was wondering what the hotel would be like with small rooms especially as I stay in lots of Premier Inns

The location is excellent for the West End

Check in was as easy as any Premier Inn

Food and drink were good

All you can eat breakfast for a fiver is great value for the area, as long as you don’t need a fry up

Finally the room. I found it brilliant for one with comfortable bed, tv, high speed internet and a great bathroom

Personally I wouldn’t go as a couple with the bad against the wall, but that’s a purely personal choice

My only reason for dropping a mark is that you don’t have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Drinks are available 24 hr in the bar but I prefer to wake up and make my own

Would definitely use again

I’ve stayed here twice, needing to be close to the UCL hospital. The first in a standard (small room), perfect for one, not great for two as one side of the bed abuts the wall, and the second in the bigger room. Both rooms are very well designed with useful storage spaces. The beds are just what you expect from a Premier Inn and blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep, unaffected by noise either. The bathroom is compact but the shower has great pressure. As most people only need the room for sleeping and washing, these rooms offer great value for money. In addition, all the staff I’ve met have been friendly and helpful. A fridge would be a useful addition but would still highly recommend and will be staying here again.

What a great hotel, fabulous location and price, excellent breakfast for £5. Rooms were small as expected but neat little space savings areas to put clothes and cases etc. The staff were excellent and everywhere was clean. The lounge area was very well designed with very comfortable chairs and places to work if required. Would definitely come back and also use other hubs elsewhere.

We needed somewhere in Central London to stay to enjoy a gig without worrying about catching a last train home and we came across this hotel at a good price in a very convenient location. The room is smaller than at a standard Premier Inn hotel but the bed is the usual comfortable one the Company's premises provide and the lounge area where you can help yourself to complementary tea and coffee was modern with a good vibe. Continental breakfast is in the same area in the morning and the offering within the relatively narrow unlimited Continental breakfast choice is tasty and regularly freshened and updated. The staff at check in were incredibly positive, friendly and helpful and helped add to the very welcoming atmosphere. All in all, a very clean, well run hotel in a very good location at a very competitive price. We will definitely be back.
