Very average B&B in a superb area of Notting Hill.
The house is initially let down by a set of untidy and dirty steps to the front door and an outside garden area which is very scruffy. A good sweep and hose down would make the world of difference.
The house and our room was very dated and cluttered with unnecessary decorative items ( and I use that phrase lightly).
The breakfast was brought to the room on time by the lovely maids but was very basic. Considering the fantastic shops and bakeries close by there was no excuse for a dried croissant and Kraft cheese slices. The coffee was indescribable !
We could not however fault the cleanliness of the room for which we were very grateful.
In its current state we would not recommend this house but a few small changes would be more than welcome.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly, lots of smiles and assistance offered. We stayed in the Pink room, which was decorated in a very traditional English country house style with a touch of French - very individual. In fact this is reflected throughout the whole hotel, with some lovely items and artefacts. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast delivered to the room was lovely and there was lots of choice.
The access to the building and room was very secure.
Downside was the bathroom fitments were quite old, but serviceable although the toilet flush needed a gentle touch to make It work!

Wonderful 3 night stay for our visit to London. There were 3 adults in one room. We had a queen sized bed and a sofa couch along with a table a chairs to eat at and a side chair to relax in. There was also a small frig. Nice & plentiful breakfast too. The en-suite bathroom was clean and good sized. It is a traditional house in a clean and safe residential neighborhood. Our room was on the third floor facing the street. It gave us a nice view of London life. Buses and the tube stations were very close by and there are many shops and pubs down the side street. Kensington Palace and Garden is a few blocks away.
The women who staff the house were very kind, helpful and friendly. Communication was very good. We felt welcomed and safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to our friends.

Great location in Notting Hill. Large double bed which was comfortable but had hard lumpy pillows.
Quirky B&B but not very clean and smelt a Bit musty that I could smell throughout the night. I didn’t feel it was COVID safe. The service was scarce and impersonal. The decor dated. Very strange to have a large open bowl of sugar on the table!
I do not like leaving negative reviews but I would not recommend this B&B

We found this B&B under the name of "Dawson Place", so you can also check reviews under that name... First, the location is absolutely perfect. On a fairly quiet residential street. However, we were in the basement, Room #3. Unfortunately, our window faced Pembridge Rd., which was a bit noisy. Might not have been that bad, but the window didn't close. As a result, lots of flies, bugs, etc. Annoying. 2nd, the bed was absolutely horrible. We had to take the mattress off of the futon (sofa) and put it on the bed. Imagine a queen bed, with a double mattress on top of it. Was still uncomfortable but manageable. But... now we weren't able to use the sofa. :( Also, serious, unsafe electrical issues. Extension cords EVERYWHERE! One of the few outlets in the room actually "buzzed" and smelt funny. Needless to say, we were quite concerned. I had to go in the hallway to blow dry my hair. Internet connection was very unstable. Also had to use my computer in the hallway due to the internet going up & down. Lastly, the curtains in the room didn't close because they weren't wide enough for the window. So, we either had to have a huge uncovered gap on the side, or in order to cover the sides, we would have to have the gap in the middle. Being on a busy road with pedestrians and big buses, we were left with lots of exposure... and street lights shining in the room at night. Grrrr... Breakfast was so/so, not my style, but I'm sure that most people would enjoy it. They served OJ, hot tea, coffee, cream, 2 croissants, some dark bread, white bread, a few jams, and yogurt. Standard European fare. Like I said, most people really enjoy that. The staff was nice and friendly, I think the young ladies were Polish and their English was good. Who am I to criticize? I only speak 1 language, so anyone who even attempts 2 gets 5 stars from me! Would I stay here again? Yes, if perhaps I had a different room. The electrical situation needs to get fixed. There is no signage on the building. There is a gate to the left of the one in the picture above. Use that gate, the one shown is for a private residence...

We stayed here for two nights during a recent trip to London. Our room was charming with comfortable beds and a large, spotless well decorated bathroom. Continental breakfast is served in your room at a time to suit you. The staff were very friendly.

Juliette's was really delightful. On arrival, we were shown our spotless nicely decorated , en suite room (No.2) and offered tea, a cafetiere of coffee and chocolate biscuits. The room was eclectically but interestingly furnished, quiet, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was served in our room at a time of our choice, and included fruit juice, a selection of cereals, yoghurts, toast, croissants, jam honey, nutella etc. The staff were charming and friendly and we really felt at home. A further bonus was proximity to Portobello Road (3mins) and the tube station (5mins).Juliette's is far far removed from bog standard hotel chain rooms. My wife and I, both in our seventies, were more than satisfied and would recommend this establishment unreservedly.

We were four in a room and had a very pleasant stay. The house is pretty (what a nice decoration, we loved it), the location was just perfect, the breakfast was always nice and people were very friendly. We will definitely come back to this B&B and recommend it.
Thanks for all.
