This has to be our go to hotel when working in London. We must book a room here at least three times a month, it’s so convenient being right next door to Euston station, the greatest Italian restaurant - Albertini’s just around the corner and some of the nicest people working there, you really can’t beat Aurelia and her team. Never minding my request, each time I visit for more towels, never querying the extra tea bags or milk or sugar that I must ask for every time I stay.
Fantastic, stay each time; thanks or very much!

Great location across the road from Euston Station so the opportunity to drop luggage off at the beginning of my trip and leave after check out. Aurelia is always very pleasant, well mannered and helpful - a credit to the Travelodge brand. Rooms always clean, they always try and accommodate my request for a quiet room so that I can work and sleep with little disturbance from passing traffic. Always try and stay here but they do get booked up due to the value for money/location so make sure you plan ahead. Highly recommended.

This Travelodge is in a great location just next door to Euston Station and only a 5 min walk down to Kings Cross. There are plenty of pubs around if you dont want to use the bar/restaurant in the Travelodge. The room was very clean too.

Have stayed in numerous Travelodge Hotels as they are reasonably priced and centrally located. This hotel was a disappointment however as the room was dirty and housekeeping poor.

There were handprints on mirror, dust along headboard, duvet cover not put on properly therefore the duvet fell out, marks on the wall, shower head/taps in need of clean!

We stayed for 3 nights and had housekeeping once, by housekeeping I mean someone threw new towels on the bed. No replacement toilet rolls, hand soap and shower gel were empty upon arrival and not filled by housekeeping during stay.

The hotel is well located as it is only a stones throw from Euston station with great transport links (underground, overground and buses) to central london. I know you are not in the room long when you are busy sightseeing but like a nice clean space to come back to to rest for the next day!

Myself and my auntie visited this travelodge on 09/08/21 for 3 nights, on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady sorry i didn’t get her name, she was very polite, professional and accommodating. We were given a super room which was on the ‘quiet side’ and it was quiet we didn’t hear anything from outside the room we had a very comfortable kingsize bed, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine and kettle with the usual tea bags sugar and milk which got replaced when we asked.
The shower was great no issues at all and towels are provided.
We had one evening meal the day we arrived, there wasn’t a great deal to choose from but we had burgers and chips and drinks and the food and the man serving was lovely and we didn’t have to wait long, we had the all you can eat breakfast every day, well worth the price as it sets you up nicely for the day and again really nice food.
A special mention for Shezan who very patiently helped us to set our WiFi up as we didn’t have a clue what we were doing he was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff there. The WiFi was really good I was able to stream programmes and it never buffered once!
It’s a 2 minutes walk from Euston station so central for the underground and I would definitely recommend it next time I go to London I will be staying there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Conveniently placed between Euston & Kings Cross BUT - our room was tiny, dingy, and miserable.
There was only just enough room to walk around the bed, only one chair for 2 people, very poor hospitality tray, the toilet was dirty; the shower curtain didn't hang to the shower tray so water poured all over the floor saturating the mat. There was a glass panel covering the building outside our window which made the room even dingier.
We had a lot of trouble with the wifi despite having paid upfront for it and only two appliances were allowed to log in. How mean is that in this day and age!
The reception was being cleaned when we arrived and the noise from that made it impossible to hear what the receptionist said and she refused to speak louder.
The only positives were that the breakfast was adequate and the staff in that area were friendly and the room was not noisy as apparently the rest of the rooms are as they face the road. And it was not cheap!

Excellently located outside of Euston Station for Mainline trains, Underground & Euston Bus Station. Kings Cross is only an 8 min walk away
We have stayed here on a few occasions & have always received excellent service from the staff.
Rooms are standard Travelodge accommodation, but the rooms are always spotlessly clean & if extra towels or pillows are required you only have to ask at Reception.
There is a vending machine in reception for snacks
There is buffet style breakfast available & kids eat free. Need to book this when you check in.

A special mention to the Assistant Manager Areuila (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect!) she went above & beyond for me when it was raining & I hadn’t brought an umbrella. She very kindly lent me her own & I dropped it back later that day when we came back to collect our case from the left luggage room.

What you’d expect from a travelodge rooms were very clean and in good order the ironing board and iron were an added bonus breakfast was good value for money but what set this stay apart from any other was the staff. Nothing was a bother let us leave our bags before our check in time gave us extra glasses for our room, sourced us a corkscrew helped our children with their bags gave us extra keys as our party were all staying on different floors the dining room staff were so attentive. The hotel was well situated for exploring London by bus train or underground would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient if arriving by train and a short walk or tube ride to most places of interest.

We booked superooms which are located on the second floor. I can't compare them to a standard room as I have never stayed in a travelodge before. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only complaint was that one of the rooms had a kind of screen type thing covering the window which blocked some of the light and prevented you from looking out.

You can pay for an early check in room, which allows for a 12pm check in, rather than 3pm. I also believe you can pay for a late check out at the same price. This is very convenient and we took advantage of the early check in offer.

We booked breakfast which while adequate, the continental selection was lacking. Fine if you want a cooked breakfast, but if not dont bother as really not worth the money. No pastries available, just toast and cereal.

Staff were all lovely and polite and allowed us to store our bags after check out so we could go out before our train.

I will definitely stay here when visiting London again.

We stayed for one night (Sun 05/09/21) and only had one niggle; that is, no shower gel in the shower. No big deal though a little disappointing as we had an upgraded room.
So why the 5* ?

Well, put simply, it's the staff. I found them so welcoming from the moment one checks.in and this visit is no different from the other times I've booked in at this Travelodge.
For example, the lovely, lovely Aurelia is so friendly and welcoming as you come through the main door. She's efficient and professional, checking you in so smoothly but still has the time for "niceties".
Also, Asloini, deserves a mention... loaning me a charging cable for my mobile.
We had a bottle of wine to share but the room only had coffee cups. No problem! A quick visit to reception and you're quickly sorted.

In the evening, we used the downstairs breakfast/cafe/restaurant area and we had a couple of mains and sides for £25 - for a central location... good value, we thought.. We chose a yummy indian dish and chicken wings and a pizza and chicken wings. Again, lovely service from a young lady, offering to reduce the air-com (it was a bit chilly) and even asking to change the t.v. channel, if necessary.! (We didn't bother with a breakfast visit.)

I've forgotten other names which should be acknowledged (sorry) but thank you all for making your customers feel welcomed and valued.
