This hotel gets pretty much everything right in my opinion. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with nice touches like the light up mirror in the bathroom and full hanging space in the wardrobe. I stayed here for 4 nights and what impressed me most was the replenishment of everything daily - the coffee pods, the water, towels and the toiletries. In some hotels water is for the first night only but here I felt really cared for. Such a lovely retreat and in a great spot for the various restaurants at the docks. I had a really wonderful time.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for Comic Con weekend. We had 2 standard rooms (1 adult 1 child in each). Rooms are bright and clean with lots of space. Check in is simple and easy we didn’t need to queue, I’d like to especially thank Hannah on reception who noticed I was a member and paying a higher rate than I needed to, saved me a lot of money, most people would just process the booking and check you in and not bother to help you with that, she went above and beyond checking with her manager and re booking it all for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Because the location was so convenient to comic con we pretty much ate breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast had so much variety and never seemed busy ( great that it is served till 11am, that’s probably why it’s never over busy). All the food at the hotel was delicious, the kids especially loved the stuffed crust pizza ! The staff are what make this hotel for me, all so friendly and chatty, the Securiry recognise you and instantly open the door as you walk up and ask how you are and if you have had a nice day. The bar staff know your drinks order straight away after you’ve ordered the first few times. Special shout out to Ben who was so efficient & friendly , even remembered me and what I like to drink from November! He made my daughter a delicious mocktail even though it was not on the menu, this made her feel very grown up and important ha ha but it’s little things like that that make the kids feel welcome, they love to be made a fuss of. Nothing was ever too much, this is why we never ventured out for dinner or lunch because the atmosphere at the hotel was so lovely and friendly, why would you spend your money elsewhere ha ha. We actually made friends with some other guests too who we will be meeting up with again. We loved comic con but my kids say that the thing that really makes there weekend that little bit more special is staying at this hotel and they can’t wait to come back. Not to forget to mention it’s a great location, easy to get a cab should you wish to explore Liverpool. Genuinely can not fault a single thing about this hotel and it’s staff.

Hotel was fab, staff where fantastic, we eat there and it was lovely. We had gone to watch the Eagles at Anfield. The only down side which did spoil the whole experience was the taxi firm the hotel recommended!!!! DO NOT USE DELTA TAXIS!!!!!! we booked in advance, it took them an hour and a half to get to us. This meant we missed the start of the event. Every time we rang we got told "10 mins" LIARS!. Never again.

We stayed at the Pullman, Liverpool for two nights in June 2022. Check-In was prompt and friendly service was provided by Stuart. We were given Room 640, which was a Deluxe King Room. It's a very spacious room - I'd definitely recommend booking this type! We had a lovely king size bed, which was incredibly comfortable! Our room had large, floor-to-ceiling windows which gave us a corner view over the Mersey & also of the M&S Arena and viewing wheel! Our bathroom was spacious, with complimentary toiletries, and a rainshower! We did have breakfast included in our stay, but we didn't make it either morning, choosing a lie in over food! We had a Nescafe coffee machine in our room, along with a kettle - with complimentary Nescafe pods as well as instant coffee and various different flavoured tea bags. There is also a fridge in the room, stocked with a bottle of still and sparkling water every day. You also have free use of an in-room safe. The location was ideal for our stay. A 15-minute walk to/from the train station, which was easy even with luggage. This hotel would be incredibly located if you were attending an event at the M&S Arena - it is literally on the doorstep! I would definitely stay here again. It was an incredibly clean hotel, with friendly staff - shout out to Kurt on the bar who was very helpful when we were trying to sort a taxi/Uber.

Lovely hotel with pleasant helpful staff. We had king size room with very comfortable bed and bathroom with walk in shower. A room with a view from 6th floor, you would see more of the river still from 7 th or 8 th floor. The evening meal was excellent and as taken early for the concert we were pleasantly surprised to receive a 10% discount. Food was delicious and we found a particularly nice wine. (See photo) Would definitely recommend and stay again

I stayed here with my daughter as we were attending an event at The Exhibition Centre. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed at reception and found out we had been upgraded to a river view room! The room was impeccably clean, well spotted and very comfortable. The free on demand films were a hit, and the reduced price parking was also appreciated. We had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely try to book again the next time we come to Liverpool.

Visited Liverpool for one night and stayed at the Pullman Liverpool. Overnight parking was available next door to the hotel. Beautiful, well appointed decor and friendly staff. Beer on tap was brewed around the corner - simply fabulous. Hotel is walking distance from the Tate and there was a lovely buzz around the Dock area, lively cafes and bars in the vicinity.

In many respects a nice hotel. Great location [especially for the Arena, with a direct walkway across]. Rooms were spacious but somehow felt lacking. Great shower, but room scruffy with little things like a poor hospitality tray and 3* furnishings. Slow reception service but pleasant staff. Very comprehensive breakfast but weak evening menu. Rude barman but excellent restaurant manager. Can't put my finger on it, but was underwhelmed for the price.

This wasn't our first stay at the Pullman, so the staff are obviously doing something right - on arrival we were warmly greeted and quickly checked in. Our room was as usual, spotlessly clean, with a huge bed, crisp white linen and a rainfall shower/wet room to die for! The room had floor to ceiling windows all down one side of the room - fine if you have a view, well our view was an uninterrupted one of the Mersey right across to the Wirral, while in the background was the brooding Snowdon... The view from the windows to the front of our room overlooked Albert Dock and beyond there to the Three Graces... The room itself has all modern conveniences including coffee machine, music, flat screen TV and (an essential) fridge! All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome - we enjoyed a nice lunch in the bar lounge area and breakfast would please everyone, there is so much choice.
