Stayed here while visiting Liverpool for a concert at Anfield. Abdul who checked us in could not have been more friendly or helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The room was on the top floor so we had good views over the rooftops of the city. In the morning at breakfast, Michelle was very friendly as were other staff members we came across. We always stay at a Premier Inn as you know what you are getting (a very comfortable bed and a good night's sleep!) and the staff are always friendly. This Premier Inn was even better than usual. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Liverpool.

Situated in the centre of Liverpool city, close to all shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Hotel very clean, bed so comfortable. Great value for money. Car park about a five minute walk from hotel and cost £10 for up to 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, great location for a city break.

A clean comfortable hotel right at the centre of the bars and clubs. Take ear plugs, it is noisy overnight from the music bars and revellers. Layout of the bedroom made it difficult to negotiate a big suitcase around.

Third time we have stayed at this Premier inn. Check in was fantastic, got an early room which let us relax for a great day in Liverpool. Location couldn’t be better. Staff great, room perfect as usual, only issue was the heavy quilt, a lighter summer weight would be good. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

When we arrived at the Premier Inn our room wasn’t quite ready due to a flooding incident, however we received free refreshments at the bar whilst we had a short wait. Our room was of a high standard of cleanliness and just as we expected from a Premier Inn. We took the breakfast & evening meal deal, which is a good offer. The evening meal took 2 hours for our two courses, even though there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The saving grace was Abdul, who really looked after us….a great ambassador for his employer. He was there again at breakfast looking after us. If it wasn’t for the long wait for our food I would have awarded five stars.

I visited Liverpool for my birthday at the start of May, and this was the most affordable place we could find in the area we wanted to stay, so I had some reservations of how nice it may be, but it was a very pleasant surprise! The staff at check in were so friendly, and remained friendly and attentive throughout the three days we stayed. The rooms were very clean, I'm quite a 'germaphobe' and often clean rooms I'll be staying in myself, but there was no need with this one! The decor is pleasant, the price is superb and they've employed some great people that really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable, should I be in Liverpool again I'll be sure to stay here!

Excellent room, all I needed. Clean and comfortable bed, plenty of storage for clothes cases etc The bath was fabulous tall and a very solid bath, staff were helpful and friendly. I will return or use one of this chains hotels again after this stay. Very happy thank you
