Firstly the bad. The parking is well below average. The directions from reception poor. The one car park we were directed to was overflowing. The staff not the most helpful.
If you book 416 then you will have scaffolding spoiling your view from your balcony....More
What a hotel, regenerated to high standard, the rooms were beautiful, the staff friendly, food and service brilliant. Would I come here, heck I would move in. The bed were the comfortably the best I’ve stayed in hotel

This is our second visit to this excellent hotel with its close proximity to the city centre sites and in particular the Liverpool Philarmonic where we saw Richard Thompson in concert. Great rooms and food, you won’t be disappointed.
