You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Stayed here 2 nights, first on being for The Eagles concert at Anfield. The place was rammed, every guest must have been there for same reason. This hotel is handily placed, 10 minutes walk from shuttle buses at Empire Theatre. Also the next day about 10 minutes down Water Street to Liver Building/ Royal Albert Dock/ Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal etc. No problem overall. Room was a little battle-scarred with some of the fixtures loose (curtain rail in particular) but bed was comfortable, shower was hot etc. Breakfast service morning after Eagles was slammed but ok. Much quieter and more normal service the following day. Bar was open till Midnight with reasonable prices. Car parking right opposite in NCP with a discounted rate (£9 per 24 hours). Friendly helpful staff.

Hotel's Favourite
I booked this hotel for me wife and 2 boys to have a weekend away for my boys 13th birthday. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were great and check in was quick. The hotel is a little worn in places but nothing major. The main reason for writing this review is to help people not to get caught out by the parking. Premier inn have a great deal with ncp which is right across the road and cost £9 for 24 hours. There is however a car park next door which tries to catch you out and have signs such as "hotel parking" and £9 parking on the front. Dont be fooled by this. As you pull into the street, drive past the first parking garage and go to the second one which is NCP. I have attached pictures so you can see. Avoid the one with red posters and go straight past this to the second one which has yellow signage. When you check out, the hotel staff will swipe your car park ticket which validates the £9 charge otherwise its £23 I think it was.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here. I could not fault it. Nice welcome when we checked in, we had a drink at the bar before going to our room, 310. Standard Premier Inn room that had everything that we needed and it was clean. Despite it's location we were not disturbed at night. The staff did exceptionally well on Tuesday morning when it looked like every guest decided to go to breakfast at the same time. It was a bit manic but they stayed on top of it and all credit to them, particularly the kitchen staff.

Stayed for one night, had breakfast and dinner on the evening. Amazing service, welcoming staff from the second we walked in. Comfy bed, amazing, clean room. Definitely worth the money. Very disabled friendly, got put on a ground floor room which was good as I'm in a wheelchair. Got put on a lower table so I could access the table, overall amazing experience including accessibility.

Stayed 2 nights with Friends for my 50th Birthday Celebrations and payed almost £400 for 2 nights. Location was fab but that's about it. Looks like it could do with a good refurb. Our room was okish ..Bathroom had damp on the walls and the windows were filthy ..but my friends who stayed said there room smelt and they had stains on the bed sheet..when they complained there was no apology just an ok we'll get it changed. My Cousin checked in and found sick all over the Toilet in the Bathroom. Breakfast was terrible...either the food was overcooked or undercooked ..didn't get replenished quickly enough for the amount of people staying there..tables not cleared and the menu states you can ask for your Eggs to he boiled or poached and when We asked the chef named Tom he was so rude and bit our heads off ..completely out of order ....I will never stay here again and feel completely robbed for what we paid. Liverpool was amazing tho and glad we didn't have to spend much time in the hotel ...we love a premier but this was not up to standard unfortunately 😕

Check in was great, lady in desk was lovely however, Room wasn’t clean and still had sick up the wall behind the toilet from the previous occupant, had to ask cleaner to pop in and clean it for us. The chef TOM was very rude at breakfast and when I asked for poached eggs having seen him give another lady some he replied ‘For gods Sake’ then continued to complain to other guests getting their breakfast to which one replied ‘if you don’t want to make them take them off the menu’ which I suggest you do or maybe send TOM on a training course in customer service! The room was very, very basic for £194/night and apart from the sick in the bathroom it was very clean though the tap in the bath dripped all nite. The dressing table area was peeling so felt a little disappointed to say the least, won’t return and definitely wouldn’t recommend :( - glad it was only one night !

I’ve stayed in premier inn before always had a great experience. This time was awful. Checked in all ok hotel was nice clean next morning went down for bfast to find hardly any continental available no pastries don’t really eat fried bfast. The girl asked have we been here before I said no was a quick there there there for food no cutlery had to get it ourselves. Asked the chef if he had anymore pastries no that’s all we got abruptly and told of I wasn’t happy to get a refund Then someone ask for pancakes next minute girl puts them out so I ask her if there’s any more croissants etc she then grins at chef behind screen as he’s looking at her and he then shouts just put them in be 20 mins 45 later still none asked manager on floor as was in bfast part he said oven was broke will be 10 mins still no pastries complained to manager paying £19 for no bfast. Manager didn’t seem to care. Would never return all staff are rude including housekeeping staff giving dirty looks to customers as they couldn’t get in lift.

Wonderful stay, can’t thank the staff highly enough. There was a couple of issues with other customers at breakfast, they were giving the staff a hard time, it was so so busy! The staff were doing the best to their ability! And I would just like to thank the chef, breakfast staff and manager ( Seb, Linda, Peter and Wienda ) for all there HARD WORK !! As I am in the hospitality business myself and I know how hard it is to please everyone ! I spoke with the chef and manager congratulating them on everything they have done. Our breakfast experience was second to non, I can’t see why any other customers had any reason to complain! Well done to all I applaud you! ❤️X❤️X

big clean room, new looking bathroom fittings, very clean. central location. However mattress was hard, not up to usual Premiere Inn standard. My room happened to be above a city centre main street, so quite noisy.

Ive stayed here before and it was great. This time the hotel was maybe showing its age, beds were dismal (collapsing), air conditioner was rubbish/broke/didnt work. Had the worst nights sleep, couldnt open the window as we where on street level. . The staff where wonderful though as always.
