Happy smiling faces on arrival, requests asked for I got . Lovely clean room, comfy bed, lovely and warm. Room had everything you need extra pillows, iron and board not that I used it but it was there, a fan, a safe, a hairdryer, kettle tea/coffee biscuits, plenty of hanging and drawer space for a long stay. Bathroom spotless and plenty of thick fluffy towels and toiletries. Bar staff friendly and smiling!! The breakfast WOW the best and biggest I’ve had in a long time, scrambled eggs were perfect and that’s a big plus for me. And it was piping hot another plus. Coffee was fresh served in a cafetière. Fresh fruit yogurts cereals etc and toast to make yourself fresh. Served with a friendly face and a smile. Check out was again a friendly smiling face doesn’t cost a lot but it’s infectious. (Smiling) I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.

Stayed four nights on business and it was a nice experience. There is a parking area in front of the hotel and plenty of free on street parking as well. The hotel has a traditional feel with a proper key on a fob for room access. My room was large and the bed was fantastic - really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast had a range of hot options cooked to order - I had the Eggs Benedict most mornings. It's a ten minute walk to the beach and the Gormley statues and five minute walk to South Road with a range of restaurants. I would happily return

I regularly stay at this hotel due to my business being at the port and have been staying there since 2010..I have always found the staff to be more than helpful. I stayed in the Hotel last week and had a fillet steak for dinner. It was the best fillet steak I have eaten and that includes my visits to the Ivy in London. The quality of food at this hotel never disappoints.

The 2 waiters Pablo and Geoff could not be more attentive. The meal itself was excellent with giant superbly cooked portions. Great value for money we were a party of four celebrating a birthday and they provided a table for our cake and offered a cake knife to cut it should we want.

Traditional hotel with warm welcome and superb service, from the moment you walk in for the whole experience. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and been to a number of family gathering too, including this weekend for a very special birthday. We’ve always found that the personal service here stand above all other hotels. The accommodation nice and clean, food in the restaurants and bar of good quality, private function room staff very attentive, all made the Royal Hotel the place to be in Crosby.
