Many guests have lauded the Quest Liverpool City Centre for its well-equipped rooms featuring kitchenettes and laundry facilities, contributing to a convenient stay. The hotel's prime location stands out, making it an ideal base to explore Liverpool, with the added benefit of soundproofing ensuring tranquil rest. While the overall service receives positive remarks, instances of subpar staff interactions are noted.
Cleanliness is generally praised, though some concerns about room upkeep have been mentioned. Despite some comments on firm mattresses and the cost of parking, the hotel is often considered good value.

Hotel's Favourite
This is probably the most spectacular place I've stayed at in Great Britain over my many years touring the country. Great location; right in the center of Liverpool, great room; spotlessly clean and top-of-the-line with their mini-kitchen and other amenities. I had a minor issue, which turned out to be my lack of knowledge, which a staff member cordially assisting me with addressing in my room, An added bonus is the Liverpool friendliness and humor of all Quest employees I had the good fortune to meet. I will defintely come back.

My mum, nan and I stopped here for one night this week. We had the a studio and one bed room apartment interconnecting. The one bedroom was bigger and had a bigger kitchen but I wouldn’t call it a one bedroom as the beds were still in the living space! It wasn’t a separate room to the kitchen and sofas. On the booking we requested that one of the rooms were set up as a twin, however on arrival one room was a double and one was a super king. So I called down to reception and Mary (Mary service was brill from booking, to check in to information on location) advised that house keeping would change this for us whilst we were out. On return back to the room the bed had been made into a twins but house keeping hadn’t made any effect to actually move the beds apart, they just separated the bottoms by about five inch so then the bed was not straight and so the head of the bed wasn’t touching the headboard. Therefore when we did this ourselves is was clear under the bed hasn’t been cleaned.
Anyway the rooms were lovely and all looked very new (the manager told us on the way out that they only opened last Sep). There was everything you needed in the kitchen for a nights stay - milk, water, washing up liquid.
The curtains were great at blocking out the light, however the windows weren’t as great at blocking out the street noise. We stayed midweek and was still woken up a few times by people in the street. But they do provide ear plug in the bathroom and the location is great so you would expect outside noise if you are right in the centre.
The little reception area has drinks and snack etc if you need these.
The car parking is expensive. Quest recommend that you park in the Q park on Hanover street. So we did this and it was a five min walk to the apartment. Which did seem further when carrying a lot of bags. When booking we must have miss hear the price of the parking as we thought that you get a discount for the car park and it worked out at £6 per night. However, when we went to pay we did get a discount of 20% but it still cost us £22 for 26 hours. Which I think is a lot. When looking at the actual price it was £19 per 24 hours before discount.
Therefore, I don’t think we would stay here again unless getting the train as the car parking does add a lot to the price.

Hi "kellymaggie", Thank you very much for taking the time to send over your feedback regarding your stay with us. It is wonderful to see that there were so many aspects of your stay that you enjoyed. It is unfortunate however, that a few things during your stay had caused some annoyance to yourselves. I do hope these will not deter you from returning to the hotel for a return visit so we can give you the experience we desire to give every guest staying in the hotel. So hopefully, myself and my team will get the chance to welcome you back to us again in the near future. Please take care. Kind regards, Paris D'Allessandro General Manager

Visited with my Husband for a birthday celebration in September.
First time staying at Quest in a 1 bed apartment and it certainly won't be the last! The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and are equipped with everything you need even down to washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, washing detergent capsule if you wanted to wash clothes in the washing machine. Tea/coffee/milk provided also.
We dealt with 2 different reception team members, one on check in and one on check out - so pleasant/helpful - couldn't fault them at all.
Hotel is conveniently located, a few mins walk from the main Liverpool Lime Street Train Station. Parking is available in Hanover Street Q Park with a 20% discounted rate from the hotel. Perfectly located for city centre bars/restaurants and shopping.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff and very Covid Safe
Highly Recommended
Well done Quest!!

Due to the city centre location of Quest, I was ready for some street noise but it was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep.
I had a clean, comfortable double apartment and I have to say that I was impressed with the décor, layout and amenities within this, which included a well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The fittings and finishes are great quality throughout the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and bedroom area.
The reception staff were also very professional, knowledgeable and happy to help.
Highly recommended!

As a solo female traveller who had never visited Liverpool before I was looking for accommodation that was reasonably priced, good location and safe. Quest apartments ticked all the boxes.
I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the place - everything was spotless. I also liked the warm & friendly welcome I received :) The location was very good; especially if you want to shop and super close to Lime Street Station.
I booked the studio apartment which was perfect and spacious.
I requested a quiet room and although I was allocated a room at the rear of the property, due to the lack of sound-proof windows the noise for the surrounding buildings until late into the night did make sleeping a bit tricky.
For a nice evening meal I would recommend 'Neighbourhood Restaurant' - a 10 min walk to Castle Street. A beautiful old bank with a lovely cool vibe serving a great range of food. Very friendly bar staff too.
Liverpool, like most large cities, has a large homeless problem and Quest have a resident homeless person who sleeps at their front entrance which I found a little unnerving especially being on my own and coming back when it was dark.
However, like most other previous Guests, I would stay here again.

What an amazing place. The location is spot on and you are walking distance to everything you need. They have a discounted off site parking deal which means you can leave the car a few days without a massive bill.
From checking in to checking out we had a flawless stay. Each member of staff was attentive, polite and well presented.
The laundry service was a great facility to have.
Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, had great fixtures and fittings and we both slept like logs.
No noise was experienced which is unusual for such a city centre location.
Very secure apartment block meaning we felt safe and happy to leave our valuables.
Reception area is welcoming and they have some great items for sale to enhance your stay such as beer, snacks etc.
It’s unusual to have such a great stay at reasonable cost. Many places in Liverpool are good but miss the mark on at least one area.
Quest hits every mark and then some.
The feel of a luxury hotel, with the home from home feel.
We stayed 5 nights and were disappointed to be leaving. Will definitely be back! This was definitely our favourite place to stay in Liverpool!

Stayed at this hotel to have some drinks in Liverpool city centre and the location could not have been more ideal, right in the centre close to all bars, restaurants and shops.
The apartment itself was huge, we had the large apartment, it was spotless with a great layout and design and had everything you could possibly need. 10/10. Would not hesitate to book again, also the staff were really friendly and helpful when checking in and out. If you park at secure parking up the road you get 20% off when visiting the hotel also making it only £6 for 24 hours.

I have been staying nearly every week for over a year and find the whole experience exceptional. Fantastic rooms which are modern, spacious, with everything you need should you wish to cook a meal or dine in with food delivered from a local restaurant. The hotel is centrally located with everything conveniently within walking distance.
The staff are very friendly and helpful whether that is front of house, housekeeping or maintenance.
Since the Covid pandemic, the hotel has been equipped with sanitizing points, guidelines for staff and guests, regular cleaning of touchpoints and special cleaning measures for your room. The Covid measures being applied make you as a guest feel safe and secure during your stay.
I highly recommend Quest for both business and pleasure stays.

We were visiting Liverpool with our 18 year old nephew. we wanted a place as central as possible and Quest came up as an option on Booking.com. The location meant were were right in the city centre near to Bold Street and the Waterfront and Liverpool 1. Oh and late night bars! The photo's don't to the place justice - the rooms were spacious and extremely well equipped, and spotless - praise indeed from a clean freak!! Te provision of washing detergent, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets was a welcome 'extra'. We loved being able to wash our clothes and dry them before we went home. If you needed to be in Liverpool for a while this place is for you - with the flexibility of being able to self cater or just walk a few yards to a massive choice of places to eat. We stayed 4 nights and it was ideal for us too. The wi fi was fast and reliable and having 2 TV's in our rooms was a great touch. We thoroughly recommend Quest Liverpool without reservation.

Rooms are fine, comfortable beds, everything you need in the studio kitchen. The back rooms are incredibly noisy despite double glazed windows. There is a nightclub called POP WORLD across the alley that is open every night until 4am. The alleyway funnelled the sound and my room was unbearably noisy. I asked reception to be moved 3 times as I was in quarantine for work, but was told it wasn't possible.
In addition to the noisy nightclub, there is a pub that has karaoke until late. So if off-key versions of "Sweet Caroline" aren't your thing, find another place to stay. Additionally, the alleyway is where all the wheelie bins full of glass bottles from these night spots are emptied at 6am by recycling trucks. The alleyway is narrow, so from room 320, I stared at a brick wall during my week-long quarantine.
The clothes washing machines on my floor were good. It would have been helpful if reception had single load packets of detergent to sell in their little shop. Bring your own so you don't have to buy a big box of detergent at the nearby supermarkets.
To be fair, I had a colleague who stayed on the front side of the building that same week who had a completely different experience to me. So do not stay here if you gat a back, alley facing room.

Hi Suzanne Thank you for your review and the great feedback. We have actually invested £100K in secondary glazing as we acknowledged that noise can be an issue due to our amazing location. This has now made the apartment so quiet that noise is not an issue. I do hope to welcome you back again so you can see this for yourself. Thank you, Paris General Manager
