I booked 3 rooms for family members, I requested that a sofa bed be made up in one of the rooms, this was done for me and the 3 rooms were all together - brilliant! Parking was very easy and right next to the hotel - take your parking ticket with you and scan it in the morning at check out and you get a 30 percent discount. The bar area is very nice and the bar staff were excellent. Reception staff were equally excellent, they rang taxi's for us to get to our wedding venue and were helpful and pleasant both at check in and out. Oh and another bonus is you don't have to check out till 12am - how great is that after a late night in Liverpool - most hotels are ushering you out the door at 10am!!

Breakfast was self service absolutely fine with plenty of choice for all age groups,Room was nice & quiet with very comfortable beds.Did have to ask for change of towels as 5 day stay, but cleaning staff pleasant.

Chose Novotel as it was located perfectly for the various venues hosting the David Bowie World Fan Convention. And it was the PERFECT choice. Greeted with a smile. Check-in was a breeze. Staff were all lovely. Room was very clean and very quiet (the two things I was after!) up on the 7th floor. Not sure what else to say other than I would DEFINITELY come back here (especially in the week, great low rates).

Very well located hotel close to the train stations, shops, the Docks, museums. The room was large enough and was comfortable and clean and came with a mini fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good with many choices in a modern decorated room.

7th floor room could hear every noise from outside with windows closed. Traffic, shouting, birds, bottles etc. Would not book this hotel again based on this fact. Everything else seemed ok was only staying one night.

We stayed here about 6 or 7 years ago and we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again. There has been a big refurbishment of the lobby and former breakfast area since our last visit and it looks great. We were given a room on the top floor so room 1124 was easy to find when we were returning from going out. The room was lovely and quiet up there. We loved our stay and we would like to give a big shout out to the receptionist Louise. When checking in, she recognised that my wife has an Indonesian name and recommended a couple of Asian restaurants which we enjoyed. She was so friendly and helpful and is a credit to Novotel. We look forward to returning to Liverpool again one day and you can be sure we will book Novotel for a third stay. Thank you Louise for making us so welcome. …
