All staff really great and friendly, especially Mollie working late reception & restaurant. Always really approachable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble she was always so happy to help. Hotel and room were very clean, no issues with anything at all. Checked in really fast and easily, definitely would love to stay again.

Hotel's Favourite
Me and my parents came to stay for a theatre trip and had a wonderful stay, every single staff member we encountered were so lovely, had the time to talk and were so helpful, the only names I can remember are Claire and Adbul, but every single member of staff who worked on the night of 16th October and morning on 17th are a credit to the team. Lovely Premier Plus rooms. Ate for both evening meal and breakfast and all meals were lovely! Only issue (for this type of trip) was the noise coming from the Irish American bar, I'm in my 20s so would normally be out on a Saturday night anyway but this time with being with my parents we went straight back to hotel to get an early night for sightseeing next day, noise did keep me up for a bit but nothing to ruin the trip. 5/5 keep it up!!

This Premier Inn was very clean and quiet, attracting families from what I could see. Excellent customer service and cafe. On the doorstep of Lime St station and the city centre. The Saturday night was quite pricey but overall it was well worth it, particularly how quiet it is.
