Stayed here overnight with my son when we can to watch Liverpool v Brighton. The location of this guest house is great being just behind the Main Stand.

The room and the bathroom are both very clean. Solomon is very helpful.

I would recommend this guest house for a quick stay for anyone going to Anfield to watch Liverpool play.

I've now stayed at Masters guest house twice. You have to get the key to the front door from a lock box which they give you the code for, by email or text, on the day of arrival. They also send you the code for your room door.

The first time we stayed, we had difficulty opening the box, but we have the hang of it now. The same applied to the code for the bedroom, but again, we got the hang of it.

There are 4 rooms, 2 of which are ensuite and the other two have their own separate bathrooms, again with a code.

There is a very nice lounge with TV and leather suite, which guests can use. There's also a kitchen you can use and the owners say to use anything from the cupboards, so there's cereal and stuff in the fridge sometimes, but best to take your own milk etc.

There's a fridge in the bedroom with 3 or 4 bottles of free water and a kettle and hairdryer. Beds are very comfy too.

We go dancing literally 2 mins walk away in Stanley Park, so it is very handy for us and extremely reasonably priced.

If you have any problems, the owners are only a phone call away and very helpful.

There is on street parking and I've always managed to park right outside the door and in the entrance hall, when you go in, pick up a parking permit and put it in your car. Remember to put it back when you're leaving though!

This is always where we will stay when we're dancing in Liverpool.

Communication excellent. I booked online and called ahead to see if I could park outside. I was told to call once I got there and I would receive a parking permit. I called and immediately received my instructions to get my permit. Room was clean and perfect for what I wanted. Great WiFi and comfortable bed. I would recommend as it’s a fantastic location, so close to Anfield stadium and was not small like some other rooms for similar price.
I will give it top rating for what it is.
Big thumbs up! :-))
Regards
Anthony Summmers

Well, what can I say.. for the price of £25, I was expecting a bit of a dump... how wrong was I.. this is a hidden gem. Bedroom was clean and tidy.. bed nice and firm, pillows all fluffed up, fully stocked fridge with bottled water, good size flat screen tv, wardrobe, Chester drawers, and full central heating.. Although it says own bathroom, dont be mistaken this is not en suite... You have your own private bathroom, which is coded with a number pad the same as the front door. The bathroom has a.good sized shower, again very clean and tidy.

Kitchen and living space is downstairs on the ground floor.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether or stay is long or short.. I'm talking .. pots pans, plates, washing machine, tumble dryer, literally everything you need.. the owner even supplies, bread, butter eggs cereals, coffee ect, everything u need for a breakfast or light lunch... all this is included in the price.

If I could change anything, it would be to put a table n chairs in the back garden for smokers..(me) and maybe make the top floor room a.smoking room, that way its ot hurting anyone..

The stairs in the property are narrow and steep with no hold.rail..

If I was scoring this out of 10, I would definitely give it an 8..

The owner is so nice and cant do enough for you.. Thank You for making my stay relaxed..

Stayed here with my girlfriend. Found rooms to be clean and tidy. Was dubious about parking before visiting but lots of spaces as done on a permit system works really well. Stayed in room 1. Taxi into town between 6 and £10 would highly recommend.
