Situated in one of the most beautiful villages in the Lakes District. The room was lovely with powerful shower. Breakfast was superb especially banana cake. An extremely comfortable stay with an excellent and helpful host. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely little stay in this lovely little bnb. Courteous, professional and warm, the owners have a winning formula - very comfortable, quiet rooms, delightful breakfast, and a great location. Check in was very solicitous - managed to get our day planned perfectly in less

The B&B only serves breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Beverley and Neil will be able to help you with recommendations. If you fancy an Indian, I would recommend The Prince of India. There is also a Greggs, Boots and Tesco Express on the high st, which I was very surprised about!

Is this near the centre of Windermere ? X
Natalie As you leave the guest house turn right on the main road ( the B and B is on it) and Windermere is only 500 yards away. Go left on main road and down the hill and you'll find Bowness. Both nice but Bowness bigger and better for eating out etc. Also lake Windermere is in Bowness for boat trips etc. Hope this helps!
