Excellent location with lots of parking on street and also parking at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. Helpful and really friendly staff. Room had all the facilities you would expect there to be. It was a bit noisy in the night from the street, but that was expected being in a city centre hotel and that would happen anywhere. Amazing barman. Bed was slightly hard and not the usual choice for us. Facilities to need updating but didn't impact on our stay as it was just room for the night.

Nathan in the bar is excellent. He has such character and really enhanced our experience. We stayed here for a reunion and he made us feel so welcome in the bar and offered us all we could want. I would highly recommend the bar here just for him..

We booked a twin room. The room was really big. We had a double bed each. The beds were lovely and comfortable. This hotel is close to everything. The breakfast was lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Last minute trip to visit family in Southampton, friendly helpful staff, lovely, filling breakfast and all round good value for money. Lovely location would stay again if we were in the area. Room was lovely and the location was quiet. Only downside was that the car park was a bit small but this was explained in the emails.

Myself and my son stayed here last Saturday. We can't fault it. We were greeted by owner and offered complimentary drinks while waited to get key. Once in room we were happy at how nice it was. A lovely spacious room, huge telly. After our day out we went back to the bar where Nathan made us feel so welcome, even entertaining my 12 Yr old whole serving drinks. Atmosphere was great and will be back for sure
