Arrived to a very warm welcome, easy check in. Ate and drank in hotel, dinner and breakfast very enjoyable, service of staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Only downside was that we were in room 12, and the shower is not a shower, I struggled to even wash myself as there

Super little hotel with the bonus of an on site car park and only a very short walk to the centre of town. A warm welcome and efficient smiley staff always ready to help. Room clean and adequate for a short stay. Breakfast well set out and in nice surroundings.

We both enjoyed out stay albeit a short weekend break. The hotel has a nice welcoming feel as you enter the main reception area. The bar was snug and had a fire burning, the restaurant was contemporary and the food was good. (We chose to have our evening meal here after visiting

How difficult is the staircase to the first floor bed rooms ?
Hi We actually have 2 staircases to the 1st floor accessing front or rear bedrooms, the first being wide and easy, the other quite steep with curve at the top. We do offer luggage assistance plus we also have 2 ground floor rooms. Regards, Tim

We do have two ground floor rooms in the hotel which are suitable for wheelchair access. One is a twin and the other is a double and both have en suite shower facilities. We also allow pets into these two rooms as well. Hope this is of help.
