Honestly forget the big chain hotels, if you want the best customer service along with food and drinks all wrapped up in the most fun, individual and amazing hotel then this is the place for you. we have stayed here many times in the last 10 years and still when we walk in the door you are greeted so well by happy helpful staff. all rooms are themed and we have stayed in many of them and all are so nicely decorated with touches of brilliance.
Book direct and breakfast is included, the full English is done with great quality produce and very clean on the plate, they also offer many options of hot food as well as cereals, fruit, toast and the coffee is amazing. each time we came in and out of the hotel your greeted with a smile
You are 50 yards from the beach, restaurants, shops and cafes are a short walk away and there is really good secure parking over the road. Honestly try this place and you will like us never stay anywhere else.
Thanks to all the staff that made our stay amazing yet again.

Stayed at this hotel twice now working our way round the fantastic themed rooms, five down, fourteen to go. All the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, imaginatively decorated and furnished with attention to all the details, always spotless.
The staff are the friendliest you can imagine going above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay.
If you book direct you get breakfast included, we had it in all the beds even with a sea view to enjoy with the delicious food, they even catered for my girlfriends food allergies, she was delighted as usually misses out.
This is a real destination hotel great for making fun memories. We won’t be staying anywhere else when we visit Brighton.

I used a Virgin Experience gift to book a 2 nights stay in the Motown room. The staff were very helpful with my booking & recommended a secure parking company 2 minutes walk from the hotel as parking in Brighton is a hassle. On arrival checking in was simple & easy & we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was very accommodating & well designed with cool Motown memorabilia adoring the walls & a record player with a great selection of Motown classic vinyl to play. Comfy bed, large shower area, Dyson fan in room which came in handy as it was a warm couple of days/evenings we stayed. We didn’t have breakfast as had other plans but it did smell lovely each morning as we left the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again & hope to try another of the themed rooms. All staff were very kind & helpful. Situation was perfect for our needs, nice stroll to all that Brighton has to offer. The decorated stairway had us seeing new things each time we used them, eyecatching & interesting.

We had a brilliant two- night stay at the hotel - one of which was booked using a voucher.
Its location is perfect for exploring Brighton and the surrounding area, which have so much to see and do. The selection of local restaurants, coffee shops and pubs is excellent.
Staff at the hotel go the extra mile for their guests. Rooms are cosy and full of personal touches. Everything has been well considered. The excellent breakfast is also worth a mention, as well as the well stocked bar. Book direct to get the best deals.

We booked a last minute stay for my partners birthday with a virgin experience voucher and then booked an extra night ourselves.
With the virgin experience voucher we got two nights in the wonderful Nooki room. The ensuite was equipped with the most wonderful smelling ritual toiletries that I will be purchasing for my own bathroom. The Nooki room itself was decorated to make the room feel sensual and sultry and the stocks at the end of the bed were an added quirk.
For our extra night we paid to upgrade to the Kobito room, as with the rest of the hotel the room was decorated with lots of flair and style. The Geisha wall is absolutely fantastic and we loved sitting at the little table to have our breakfast the next morning. The weather wasn't on our side but had it have been the balcony would have been lovely to have a cup of tea on and watch the world go by. The circle bed was possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and we loved this room so much that we have booked to return for 3 nights in this room for my birthday later in the year.
On our last night we decided to celebrate my partners birthday by sampling the cocktail menu and it didn't disappoint, we can highly recommend all the cocktails on the menu. The bar was amazingly decorated with fun, quirky décor that really compliments the style of the hotel.
All of the staff couldn't have been more helpful and in particular the gentleman behind the bar of an afternoon/evening was always on hand to help with anything we needed.
In short the Hotel Pelirocco is an outstanding hotel that I cannot recommend highly enough, perfectly situated close to all that Brighton has to offer and with the Regency Secure parking just round the corner it couldn't have been simpler.
We cannot wait to return and I'm not sure I can wait till May for our next visit.

The hotel was superb. We stayed in the Koibito Love room and it was lovely. I added the Love Bird package as an add on and was a lovely touch when we walked in and a lovely surprise for my wife. There was no cheapness in the package and the flowers were beautiful. We sat outside on the balcony and had a glass of wine and watched the world go by.great view of the seafront and i360. The hotel is situated next to some of the best restaurants within a very short walk. The car park is right opposite the hotel and for 24hrs cost us £32 for 24hrs and was totally secure. The staff were friendly, helpful and with great smiles. The breakfast (we had the full Monty) was excellent to soak up the drinks from the night before. Very tasty and well cooked. And all delivered by the smiley lovely staff. All in all it was a great stay and would go back. There are so many themed rooms to choose from to make the next stay different.

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful and went out of their way to make sure that not just my stay with them, but my time in Brighton was wonderful. My room (Do Knit Disturb) was a delight: quirky, comfortable, cosy and full of adorable knitted novelties designed by a local artist. The decor was fabulous: opulent and OTT in the very best way - I could have spent hours just pottering up and down the crazy, multi-directional stairs and taking photos of the various pictures and Pelirocco paraphernalia (and had I had longer there, I definitely would have done!). The location was brilliant for both the Brighton Centre (I was down for a convention) and allowing me to explore the town without having to wander too far afield (I was staying alone and I felt very safe to go out at night), there was car parking nearby and the bar was an absolute bonus: great vibe, great cocktails, great company (staff and guests alike) - I'd love to have been staying when they had one of their live music nights! A last nod to the nostalgia of the place in the form of a welcome Curly Wurly was much appreciated (and gives me reason to believe the breakfast was as good as it smelled). In short, it Peliroccked! #sorrynotsorry

Highly recommend Hotel Pelirocco as THE place to stay in Brighton for it's seaside location, fun decor, friendly staff and great food. Each room is uniquely decorated in a cheeky, fun themed decor. We stayed for 3 nights so were able to try both Betty's Beudoir and Salon Rouge, both which were beautiful including huge baths, comfy beds and everything in the room "on theme" down to the smallest details! The packages including massages and breakfast in bed are also great value. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff, we will be back!!

Hotel Pelirocco is everything I wish my house was. Like all the bestest quirkiest bits from my friends homes fused with the worlds coolest bars. I want to stay every weekend. I’ll happily sleep on the stairs landing on the leopard print carpet under a screamadelica poster knowing my next cocktail or vegan breakfast is seconds away. I did however sleep in the quadrophenia room which perfectly suited the weekend which was rounded off by watching The Who up the road. The staff feel like those mates you meet at a festival that go on to become synonymous with fun times. The bar is like sitting in an uber chic gallery of everything I like. It’s sensory overload to try and take it, and the art on the stairs, all in one go. Action men in drag steal the show though. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the cloud that is shared with Keith Moon. Bath is big enough for two, if you want to share your curly wurlys. Breakfasts are cooked to order and delicious. Location couldn’t be better for all the nonsense of Brighton. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel, don’t walk, RUN! It books up fast for good reason. Thanks to Lynda and the team I have to redecorate my entire house and go shopping for the ingredients for Pelirocco cocktails now I’ve been generously slipped the recipe xx

+ I was very excited about the Hotel Pelirocco: the rooms looked very strange in the photos - and yes: it was a great experience to be able to stay in this quasi-museum of the international art scene!! This hotel is located in a side street very close to the promenade at the i 360. Our room was small and under the roof, dedicated to Leigh BOWERY and furnished with newspaper clippings and pictures of his art - there was a lot to read and learn about - but that was what made the room so appealing. The bed was very good and comfortably set up in an alcove. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was equipped with the MIRA 3000 - but if you enjoy quirky but functional equipment, this is the place for you. The corridors and the stairwell (there is also a sushi-style elevator) are also overflowing with exhibits and art pieces, photos and newspaper articles - you should plan enough time on the way to breakfast... The breakfast itself is fantastic, very tasty and traditional English (big plus: they serve black pudding, which is often missing!!). The breakfast room is a bar in the evening and a cozy living room during the day.
Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful and accommodating - we felt very comfortable.
- One small downside was the exhaust air from the restaurant opposite in the evening, but if you closed the window you couldn't smell anything.
Other than that, everything was to our complete satisfaction!
