Hotel is very dated, spent an hour with maintenance trying to get back into my room after the locks failed, they told me it’s nothing common. But walking down to breakfast I heard similar complaints. Room hadn’t been cleaned very well, stains on bed linen. My fathers room had a sink leaking and toilet which continuously emptied itself automatically. If the rooms looked like the pictures I’d probably have like it but they didn’t look like them. We had 2 nights booked, we left after one night. Receptionist didn’t even ask why

We have stayed here a number of times before. Excellent service by all employees - all courteous and helpful. Really good prices for 5 days B&B. Our room was very large with lovely décor (and efficient air conditioning). The bathroom was well equipped and very roomy. Always plenty of hot water. The pool, although quite small, was a little chilly but it was lovely to have the opportunity for a quick swim.

We stayed as a couple in September 2021. Location was within a short walk from the beach and town centre (Bournemouth) but there were some steep hills and stairs o navigate. We found the hotel very well run and clean, the staff were always helpful. We were also surprised that there was a small indoor swimming pool available. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. The only negative was the hotel car park. At £15.00 per day with no guarantee of parking place was overpriced. Altogether a nice break.
