We were visiting The Marriot for a big function with friends and family. I suffer from food allergies, so wanted to prepare them and let the hotel know. I received a personal telephone call from the head chef, Richard, to go through the menu. He...More
One night stay for our anniversary, no problem, apart from pouring with rain this hotel is lovely, we only had breakfast as we ate out so can’t comment on restaurant food. Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms bit dated but didn’t bother us. Easy check in. Bit...More
Great welcome from very professional receptionist- we got a brilliant upgrade (as platinum elite members) and had huge rooms. Restaurant is Brasserie Blanc rather than Marriott which was good. Hotel in great location overlooking sea from west of town centre. Would definitely return.

Hi, Karen, sorry to hear that you have cause of complaint.. Trip abviser, only has people, that are not directly connected to this hotel, however, you first response, should be, phone, then letter or email, stating dates, receipts if any, details of problem, of this is not resolved, write to tell them you will be taking this further, eV. Writing a bad report on trip advisor, also your local citizen advise branch, will give you a contact that oversees all hotels, or possibly your own solicitor, hopefully it won't vomd to that. Hope this helps. Kind regards Leon..
