If I could leave 0 stars I would! Arrived at the hotel for check in at 4pm. Check in was fast and we were looking forward to our stay until we arrived at our rooms. We spent £411 on two rooms, one small family and one double. On arrival into the the family room we immediately noticed the empty plastic water bottle under the bed alongside an empty packed of cigarette filter tips. Immediately this screams alarm bells considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and cleanliness standards should not be a new thing. The bath had stains And every surface was dusty to the touch. The Double room had no water pressure therefore we all had to for go having a shower in the morning. We then went down for breakfast on which we had to wait as we “were not on the list” However I had paid for breakfast to be included- not at all the service we expected. The rooms are incredibly out dated with lack of style and the photographic advertising on the hotel website is not at all what the rooms are actually like. After speaking to the manager all we received was an apology, and to be told he would speak to the housekeeping team. As far as the impression we got the hotel manager didn’t really care much, and was almost proud of the low standard hotel he is running. In my opinion this is not good enough! £411 is daylight robbery on the company’s behalf, charging for a service that they do NOT provide. We certainly will not be returning here.

Nothing good to say about this hotel except it was cheap. Ate one meal there was ok. Our last morning there tried to get our room for a second night even though went through the website and it said there was a room available to be told there was no room available. Tried to eat breakfast before we left and were turned away. Lot of fake smiles and little help. The room was not good either with steps leading into tiny bathroom. The room was hot when we went to bed with little means of a cool down. The fan in room was near pointless. First time there last time there. Overall bad experience.

Just returned from staying at Heathlands Hotel, Bournemouth. My friends and I could not fault our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Entertainment was great, food was varied and hot. Staff were helpful, especially Marta on reception who is kind, professional and helpful. People need to remember this is a 3 star hotel and deserves excellent reviews for what they offer. Would be very happy to return to this hotel. My friends and I had a fabulous time.

My mother checked in for four nights, single occupancy. She is 76 years old so facilities like a working television in her room is important as she would not be out at night. The hotel had to be informed there times to fix the television over two days. There is nowhere close by to walk to for a lunch so my mother asked if someone could make her a sandwich at lunchtime..this service is not available. Two couples checked out early due to their dissatisfaction of the level of service. Poor attention to detail and guest needs is an issue here. One lady had to walk a long way with her husband who is in a wheelchair to see the town center...
