Stayed here two nights as part of a group for a walking excursion on the Dorset Coast, and extended my stay an additional two nights after to do some local sightseeing. The room was very spacious and mostly clean apart from one large cobweb in a corner but it's spider season and the windows were open so I guess that can't be helped! Had an east-facing room so it did get pretty warm but the hotel kindly provided a stand fan to help cool the room down. Buffet breakfasts were solid and nothing fantastic (bacon was slightly burned on my last day, sadly), but the menu did vary slightly every other day. Dinners for the group were quite good although the portion size from our first night left a bit to be desired. In general, the service staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful regardless of the time of day or the questions asked.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 day stay at this hotel. Every member of staff we encountered staff were truly excellent, friendly & helpful. Anything we asked was accommodated, breakfast was buffet style with a good selection. Again all the staff on duty were outstanding. I work in the leisure industry myself and I know how tough it is at the moment but these guys are doing a great job! The hotel location is also excellent with the beach and town centre very close by. Thank you so for an enjoyable stay we will return for sure.

I have just come back from a 4 day stay @ this hotel. There were 4 of us which included 2 elderly people. All the staff were excellent. Very friendly & helpful. Mum was struggling with the hills & walking so they allowed us to use their wheelchair. This was a great asset. Anything we asked was accommodated. Mum loves to talk to people, the staff always made time to stop & chat. I would definitely recommend if you are or with elderly people. But be mindful Bournemouth is hilly & this hotel, as with most, is up a steep hill. They have a back entrance which is flat & buses stop just outside so that's handy. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The staff at Marsham Court are so welcoming and go the extra mile if they have to. We have stayed here before as we have our Friends Reunion here, and staff always remember us which is nice. The Covid virus has hit the hotel hard, they done very well in making sure our weekend went well.
