Not great. Directions to the hotel were wrong. The room is overlooking the air extraction vents for the restaurant so we can’t open the window otherwise the room will smell of chip fat. The poor receptions is rushed off her feet as the key card machine isn’t working so she has to let everyone in their rooms. It’s pretty grim. Won’t be returning.

I stayed in this Premier Inn for one night whilst I was visiting the area to see family. I could not fault it. I stayed in room 8 it was on the main road side of the building. I was concerned if I would be disturbed overnight, but It was fine I the room was clean and tidy. It was a fairly small room for a Premier Inn, but as it was only Me, so wasn't an issue. I was also allowed to check in at 11 as the room was ready for an additional £10 when I'm back in the area, I will be staying again. It's an older Premier inn, but it's still quite well kept

This hotel looks a bit unloved from the outside but don't let that put you off. It is lovely & cosy & homely inside & the staff were without exception friendly & helpful. There is a large free car park at the back and although the rooms are a bit tired looking they are immaculately clean. We had an attic twin room (21) which was huge and very quiet and, best of all, there was a bath tub in the bathroom! The lift was "on strike" during our stay so the staff had left us a packet of delicious chocolate biscuits & a welcoming note. The breakfast was the usual excellent Premier Inn offering, served in the next door restaurant, which was spacious and comfortable. Buses to Bournemouth and the centre of Boscombe/Christchurch stop right outside the hotel & were very frequent so an excellent location. We were also able to walk to the football stadium in about 30 minutes (the purpose of our visit!) Highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival, Darren who was at reception, was very kind and accommodating, he helped us when our key card wouldn't work, turned the heating on for us, and then even came back to deliver a lovely pack of biscuits for me and my partner to share :) the other staff we met in passing were also very friendly and all smiles. A very relaxed and an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Not up to Premier Inn standard at all. Room. 10 shabby & tired - in need of refurb. Bed comfy but apart from that the room was unappealing, bathroom definitely needed a refresh. Staff friendly. Large car park.

As with all Premier Inns i have stayed in the room was clean and fully equipped with essentials. Nice comfy bed with nice pillows. Was perfect for 1 night stay whilst in Bournemouth watching a show. Breakfast was a let down although offered a refund as did not eat cooked breakfast.

The exterior of this hotel looks tired and uninviting, but it’s completely different inside - it’s lovely, warm, clean, nicely decorated, friendly, spacious and well organised. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was lovely and we had a really comfortable stay. The dining area was equally lovely and we enjoyed dinner there and the wonderful breakfast the next day. Very impressed! We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you.

Booked this hotel as I attended a football match at Bournemouth FC, on arrival the staff member (Sharney) was great and instantly made me feel glad I’d booked this hotel. She’s a credit to the Premier Inn. As was the guy who checked us in post match The room was what we needed and what we’d expect for a budget hotel. We didn’t have a meal there or breakfast the following morning. It was a 20 minute walk to the stadium and everything you wanted was close by. We picked this Premier Inn in Bournemouth as the parking was free, all we had to do was enter our registration number in reception. I’d stay here again if I returned for another game

When I entered my room after a long journey, I found a welcome card and some biscuits, this was a very nice touch. The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming, she gave me a local recommendation of restaurants and places to visit around the area. Lovely quiet hotel with a free car park. Will definitely stay again.

Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming, very let down by the maintenance of this hotel, lift was out of service and all the room are upstairs, seem the lift be out of service for sometime already. The room still as old design of Premier Inn alot of thing haven't done any maintenance of it like carpet and bathroom floor clearly see dirtiness of it
