Yes the Hotel caters for non-residents, book through reception, just in case they are busy. (Sunday lunch is particularly popular), or if they have a function, but two rooms so should be OK. Check with reception.

Whilst not the best hotel I have ever stayed in it was not as bad as Jane P suggests in her review! It was a 'tired-looking' hotel but the staff were generally friendly and the rooms were clean.
