The location of Bridgeside Guest House was excellent and Sammy the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay just perfect. The room was a delight and the breakfast was fresh and there was so much choice including a most delicious full English breakfast all hot and very tasty. Easy and cheap parking close by just over the bridge. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it is a true gem of a place and Sammy makes you so welcome.

We stayed here as a couple in October, warmly welcomed by Sammy with tea and biscuits on the balcony. Our room, number 7, overlooked the bridge and river, was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. The whole hotel is well done out in calm greys and pastel colours. Plenty of choice at breakfast, all well cooked and served by Doris who is cheerful and friendly. Parking is easily available over the bridge in West Looe, with short stays free outside for loading and unloading. Although this was my first stay, my husband has stopped here many times and always been happy. | would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Sammy, Belinda and Doris for a warm welcome and a great stay.

Stayed here for one night with our two dogs. Staff were welcoming, basic rooms but clean and good facilities. Lovely patio area with a nice view of looe. Breakfast was lovely and they made special effort to get the dogs sausages. Would definitely come back if visiting again.

Cornwall appeared to be full when we visited, this was the only b & b we found at a reasonable price. Turned out very well, we had a lovely room, no. 6, overlooking Looe Harbour and the bridge. The en-suite was bijou but useable. Sammy was a very welcoming host, greeting us with tea on arrival. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of hot and cold. Be aware of two issues when booking, parking is a bit of a faff and there are a lot steps up to the hotel and onward to the rooms. Sammy was more than helpful with both, explaining the parking restrictions and carried cases up the stairs.

This is our third time staying here ,twice in room 6 (with harbour views and nice) and in room 2 a large first floor room with big bay window with a fantastic view of harbour, bridge and boats. We love staying here ,it is so homely, welcoming and we are truly well looked after by Sammy and his staff. On arrival we are always offered a cup of tea or coffee made by the staff. The rooms are very clean indeed, daily towel changes, complimentary toiletries. Plenty of tea ,coffee and fresh bottled tap water everyday left in your room. The breakfast is lovely and certainly a good choice . Doris is a truly lovely lady ,she takes your breakfast orders and delivers to your table with a smile and care....she makes sure everyone is happy and have got plenty of food or if you want more. She chats away to everyone and she even disenfects the sugar bowls, salt n pepper pots and is always spraying and cleaning (NOT BY YOUR FOOD at all) which is very reassuring during our recovering time going forward from covid hopefully. This is a place to stay for down to earth home comforts and people who really do enjoy the hospitality industry Sammy and his staff provide all that you will need for a fantastic holiday..nothing is any trouble for any of the staff. For the price and what you get ..it truly is excellent value for money, and so homely. We love it 😍
