Unfortunately I am only able to say 3 stars. The check in was excellent. The room was absolutely fine except there is absolutely no ventilation. Yes, the window opens a couple of inches. However we stayed over two very hot nights. There was a fan in the room, but this was totally inadequate. Didn't report as not the staff's fault but did identify in Premier Inn's own survey. A pity because in all other respects it fitted the bill. Will be careful about the weather if i stay again !!!

Not as modern as many premier inns I've stayed at previously. The room was quite dusty, which didn't inspire Covid 19 confidence. I brought my own anti bac wipes luckily. Air conditioning wasn't working, but a fan had been put in......unfortunately it didn't work either. No matter, I was looking forward to breakfast, cooked breakfast was lovely and brought to my table. Continental selection was very poor and basically empty so my daughter just had cereal. Also wasn't the advertised price of 8.99 a bit more expensive so a bit disappointing. I also booked my breakfast time with reception, this wasn't passed onto the restaurant. luckily they managed to fit me in. It was a convenient location for me and a bed for the night that was all. I had also booked in advance so was not bad value. If I had paid the on the day price, I wouldn't have been too happy at all.

I have stayed in several Premier Inns across the country now and in terms of price and service, this is by far the worse I have had the misfortune to find myself at. Nice, clean room and excellent food in the Brewers Fayre next door, but the attitude of one female member of staff was absolutely appalling when trying to resolve a booking issue. To the point of aggression on her part. In the end, it cost me and additional £132.00 to stay on for one extra night in the same room which had originally cost me less than £60.00! How Premier Inn can justify this is beyond me!

We've stayed at the Hugh Wycombe/Beaconsfield Premier Inn before and will no doubt do so again as we have family in the area. It's convenient, clean and good value for money. Due to Covid rules, it was a table service breakfast. We look forward to returning now the buffet service is being reinstated. We were glad of the fan as we stayed during a heat wave.

Sarah and Kim are amazing. Really looked after us . Have been coming for years and they are still exceptional staff. Thank you so much. Two terrible nights stay at the actual premier inn but complaint has been sent. Even if you don’t stay Brewers fare team know what they are doing. Thank you both
