Excellent communication prior and post our trip. The team of ladies and Shadrack were all very welcoming. Definitely look forward to visiting again. Thank you for hosting us very well and assisting to set up our birthday dinner. The Game drive was another highlight!

Lovely place to stay, we enjoyed the peace, privacy and serenity. We felt secluded from the world. We loved that there were only a few chalets and we the manager truly made us feel welcomed and at home. We enjoyed the game drive (we got to kiss a giraffe) and the fact that we could bring and braai our own meat in the evenings. Overall it was a lovely 2 days.

What a lovely small private lodge set in a beautiful Nature Reserve. The Suite was spacious, neat and clean. Amazing views with a plunge pool, boma area and kids play area. The service and food was great and the game drive was interesting and insightful. Overall a great relaxing weekend getaway set in a great location.

We loved this trip. It is just 35 minutes from Randpark Ridge so is an easy drive for a good weekend break. Rooms were very clean (it has thatch roof and I inspected for creepy crawlies and spiders and didn't spot any! :) ) Shadrak was our guide and driver for the game drive. He managed to get us up close and personal with the male giraffe. We also spotted every animal he had told us we would see. Breakfast on both mornings was lovely - tasty and served hot. Very tasty baked beans and everything cooked as per our request. Friday night we enjoyed the greek salad and the garlic loaf. I don't enjoy Pap en Sous so was a little disappointed in the Saturday night dinner but anyone who enjoys pap would have liked it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Mount Savannah…

Booked for a weekend. Friday to sunday. Location is great for weekend trips, about 40 minutes from Northgate shopping centre. There are 4 units in total, so atmosphere was relaxing and not busy or noisy. Unit was clean and neat. Views are amazing. Selected breakfast menu, food was good. In the evenings you can bring you own meat and have a braai. They provide braai facilities and starches. Fire pit lit at night, very relaxing to sit around the fire. Game drive was included in the stay. We saw various animals on the drive: springbok, zebra, buffalo, sable and warthogs. Overall great stay. We went with a toddlers, great venue for kids as well.

We had such a wonderful time at Mount Savannah game lodge. Our children loved being able to swim and play on the jungle gym equipment provided. The game drive was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. We will definitely be back! :)
