It is a hidden gem in Krugersdoorp. The location is easy to get to, you have a shopping center nearby and although the hotel is on a moderately busy road, you don't hear any traffic. The Rabbit Hole is a creative hotel that has been furnished with great attention to detail. The people are very nice and accommodating. Our stay at the end of our trip to South Africa was wonderful. The next time I am in Krugersdoorp, I will definitely book it again and I would recommend it to anyone.

What a superb place! From the booking over email to the front desk service and throughout until check out! And our puppy was allowed to join too! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. the rooms are prestige and adorable in their garden setting. The rooms were warm when we arrived and every thing was spotless. The boys especially enjoyed watching their shows on Netflix on the in-room television. Oh did I mentioned breakfast was too notch with every treat you could imagine on a cold morning. Coffee was the best! Highly recommended if you are traveling with a small pooch or family!

Like a trip through the rabbit hole! The decor is stunning. Was happy about my room as it was my favourite I saw online ahead of time. The kitchen was ready with breakfast at 6am and the lady was very friendly and helpful.

What a fabulous experience. From the booking right up to the stay, it was seamless. The room provided was clean and comfortable. We booked for my wedding night and the host went out of her way to accommodate me and my ladies. She arranged extra seating, extensions cords etc... The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh and I got spoilt with a mimosa on my Wedding Morning!
Our stay was short (only 2 nights) but was total bliss! I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem.

The place puts a smile on your face after a long exhausting day. Food and hospitality were great, the fireplaces in the dining room really heats the place and gives great atmosphere! Something a bit different to the norm, where a huge amount of work went into with great passion.

Had an amazing stay after a long trip from from abroad. The hospitality and friendliness of all staff but mostly Frieda the receptionist was next level service.
Breakfast offering was satisfying and the place is situated within a short walking distance to a mall. I highly recommend this place if you coming from afar and need to unwind and acclimatise to the area.

Our nonprofit (preventiontime.org) took a team of 19 people from Seattle to Johannesburg to work in the townships and villages in Johannesburg and other locations around South Africa. I worked with Friedah to book the rooms and an evening buffet and she was very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely place filled with quirky nooks and crannies and we all sort of wished we could just spend a day exploring and appreciating it, rather than going out to the townships. And the food was AMAZING! This is definitely the number one place to stay if you're in the area.

The Rabbit Hole turned out to be so much more than we ever could have anticipated. Every corner you turn holds a new little surprise, something to delight the senses. The sheer unexpectedness of it, topped with excellent service are just some of the things that already have me recommending it to everyone. We will definitely be going back.

The Rabbit Hole Hotel exceeded my expectations. The Hotel offered clean, comfortable rooms. Safe, secure parking. Value for money when it came to meals and as a bonus they have an in house barista. The host made us feel welcome and right at home. The decor and gardens was a feast for the eyes - it surely felt like I was Alice in Wonderland!

I stayed at The Rabbit Hole over a long weekend, and cannot say enough about this lovely place. Rothea is an exemplary host, and makes all her guests feel very welcome and looked after. The room was very beautifully decorated, clean, and well looked after. The meals were delicious, and home cooked. I took up the August special, and believe that it was really good value for my money. I will definitely be back!
