Fabulous big room with spacious balcony (no 111) overlooking the ocean. Staff efficient and friendly. When you visit this resort, plan to eat all your meals here. There's no other restaurant or take-away close by. Food is great. Elderly couple complained it was a bit spicy for them. Breakfast included in price - buffet style. Loved the sliced masala potatoes. Every morning different hot dish. Flap jacks some mornings. Dinner normally choice between 2 ... lamb curry / chicken pasta; battered fish & chips / steak stir fry & veg or vegetable biryani. Aircon in room, lots of cupboards, TV and bar fridge. 600 m from beach - lovely walk over train rails. Careful of monkeys ... they climbed onto our balcony. Safe parking, 24 hour guards at front gate. Sheila, Reena (?) and other staff friendly and chatty. Muslim-friendly and Halaal. …

Although the N2 is right behind you the noise from the freeway is negligible and easy to ignore. This little gem is right at the end of the road bordering the Mtwalume river mouth. There about 5/6 cabins and 10 hotel rooms as well as a conference centre. For an entire day we were the only people booked in. We spent hours by the rock pool either swimming or lounging and taking in the wonderful views of the ocean and the lagoon. The indoor dining area and lounge pretty is cool as well. Wifi is only available at reception. The games room had a pool table and you can request board games for a small fee. The receptionist Siya gave us excellent service and he doubles a waiter and manager. Rooms are spacious with balconies, not all have full sea views as some are obstructed with trees. Despite the complex being built as a wooden cabin the insides are well finished Bar fridges are standard. Bathrooms could be a bit better The beach in front of the resort is a 5 minutes walk away but not recommended for swimming as its isolated Food was of an good standard and halaal, an rarity in hotels.…
Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly. Food was delicious and spa services were relaxing. We special ordered our lunches and dinners and staff were very careful to adhere to our religious dietary constraints
