GrandWest's 4-star Grand Hotel is the epitome of style, grace and grandeur, styled to reflect the historical main street of Cape Town from many years ago. The elegantly styled GrandWest hotel boasts one splendid presidential suite and 38 deluxe rooms. The luxurious guestrooms are furnished with double beds and marble-finished en-suite bathrooms.
The entire establishment is just beautiful. Champagne upon arrival, a knock on your door around 20:00 to "freshen up" the room and give you some chocolates, clean and just excellent condition of the rooms and staff are excellent trained and make you feel welcome. I will return as soon as possible

The very epitome of what hospitality should be. They are ever helpful, always alert to your needs and will always try and assist you. A few of the staff have been there for many years and remember you! Which is always a nice touch.

Had breakfast with a key customer at the Grand Hotel during a business trip to Cape Town. Buffet breakfast. Wonderful variety and selection. Waiters were professional, efficient and friendly. Good place to meet customers if you are in the Epping area.

What a truly lovely experience at this boutique hotel. Staff all great and helpful and courteous. The rooms and bathroom really nice and comfortable. The only little negative is having no ability to park close by. Unfortunately the car does get taken by valet to park and is brought back when required but this is not always convenient.

Visited the Grandwest Resort and stayed at the Grand Hotel for business. The booking process is efficient as is check in. The room is a great size and incredibly clean. Fresh linen. The staff are super friendly. The walk into the restaurants and conference Centre is less than 5 minutes and everything is conveniently situated. The property is neat with loads of activity. Pity I was on business.
