For the price this is a great hotel to stay, it’s still pretty new so it’s still nice, they offer basic breakfast in the mornings from 0600-1000am , it’s clean , great location parking is good , only offers about 5 diamond members spots , they have 4 electric parking spots. They also offer on a first come first serve 4 complimentary bikes from 0900-2300. They have carts to bring in your bags, offer coffee 24/7 in the lobby as well as cucumber infused water. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean, beds were pretty comfortable . Will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to see it during winter.offers small jacuzzi shown in pic and fire pit .

This was our last hotel of our Cali trip and to be fair it was a good one.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. We found the bed to our liking and again, as with all our recent stays, the linens and towels were of fine quality. The hotel appears to be new and the rooms, bathrooms and hallways show this.
The bathroom had a large walkin shower and was clean.
The breakfast was good and the typical HI fare, the dining area was large and adequate for the size of the hotel. The hotel was full on our visit due to a girls soccer tournament in the town and the hotel was spacious enough to accommodate this without any issues.
Our only issue being we requested housekeeping and it didn’t happen. I know all the travel industry is trying to suck out more profits, but on the mirror in the bathroom is a sticker saying “complementary housekeeping “. I just hope this isn’t the next move in that they expect you to pay for housekeeping on top of the high prices they charge! At the end of the day, to have a serviced room is one of the reasons you choose to stay in a hotel.
Outside of my “soapbox” it was a great stay in a great location.

We spent two nights here and it was a mostly great experience. The hotel is very new and everything feels clean, fresh and modern. We especially appreciated the excellent free breakfast with everything you could want (eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles, yogurt, cut fruit and of course coffee) and free onsite EV charging (one of the main reasons we chose to stay here). The price was quite reasonable and the location is also quite central in South Lake Tahoe. Note that parking is now $15/day.
The main issue for me was that the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft for my liking, so I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep. But my wife and kids seemed to sleep just fine, so this is subjective. Also, the bathroom door slides shut, has no lock, has a 0.5-1" gap on either side and will slide open by itself if you don't close it all the way - so remember to close the bathroom door firmly and remind everyone not to open it when there's someone inside!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We used the app to pick our room the day before. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful on check in. The room was spacy and well planned out. We found the bed very comfortable. The room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was typical for a Hampton and they had staff continuously restocking. This is the first Hampton we have stayed in that has a bar in the lobby that is open evenings. The room fee for Saturday was a little high ($450) but the weeknights were average ($275) for the area. The AC in the hallways was not working resulting in temps of mid 80's. We were told it was going to be repaired soon. There was no ice machine on the 4th floor hopefully that will come soon too. This is a Hamburger place at the front of the hotel, Burger Me that has good food and will deliver to the hotel. We will return on our next visit.

This is a brand new property and is lovely. Conveniently located, amazing staff, clean and roomy.
Love the zero waste products.
From Isaac and Michelle on the evening team to Chris during the day, the staff was well trained and so courteous. Honestly they could teach some of the Hilton teams a thing.
Loved the 24 hr coffee and tea. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Due to location we were able to ride fun scooters throughout South Lake Tahoe.

Hubby & I stayed here for 5 nites using our Hilton Diamond member points, Thurs.-Mon. Very nice, exceptionally clean and new (i.e. no weird crumbling wall seams or peeling paper, rug bubbles in hallway, etc.).
Nice & quiet, everything worked re: a/c, microwave, etc. Breakfast was well executed (I'm a large-scale event planner, thus, I'm a TOUGH critic). Hotel staff was pleasant, no issues w/check-in/out. We did hot tub, and also brought our own food to enjoy in both the courtyard & dining rm, chilled on sofa by fireplace wall, too. Felt like our own place, lol. Truly, nice relaxed vibe (welcome to Tahoe!). Comments: some typical guest bad behavior re: kids running around pool, overcrowding hot tub...I'm flexible...but, I wish my kids EVER pulled that nonsense! Lol, it's parents though...
We highly recommend staying here. Convenient to restaurants, activities, too.

This is a new Hotel! The AC was problematic. It would cool to require temperature (70) once reached that temp it immediately will blast out very hot air get back up to 72 or 73, stop for few minutes and start the cycle again. That was the 1st night and it was very hard to sleep, we left early in the morning and returned back at night so we didn't really have time to complain and to switch to another room. The 2nd night we set the AC to the minimum possible (which was 64)turned the AC off and went to sleep. By the time we woke up the room was 70 degrees. Since I chose that hotel because it had AC (unlike some other hotels in the area) I thought I could have the room at a comfortable temp. that was extremely disappointing.

Spent four nights here last of September/beginning of October and I had no issues and concerns with this hotel. The hotel just recently opened so it still has a newness to it. I had the Suite Room so I had ample space. The location of the hotel is in the vicinity of a lot activities and not far from Lake Tahoe. The weather was very nice where a person can walk if they wanted to or just drive (I had a rental vehicle). If I am up that way again, I will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot the Front Desk is very helpful on any questions/inquiries.

This is obviously completely remodeled property , very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms and amenities , excellent breakfast . The only complaint is the ridiculous barn doors on the bathroom . They cheaped out on the remodel and there is no privacy, large gaps for viewig and no locks.

We are a family of four from Sunnyvale CA. We are incredibly impressed with this hotel and all the staff we interacted with - especially the front desk manager. The staff here really care about guests and take great care ensuring guests are happy. This hotel is also at a great location from which to see the South Lake Tahoe activities both in summer and winter. Highly recommend this hotel !

The Deluxe King rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave, the rest have coffee makers. No kitchenettes.
