A Resort in the Drakensberg mountains with breathtaking views, set on 860Ha in a World Heritage Site, our aim is to ensure there is always something to do. Activities include an 18 hole NGU rated golf course, full Wellness Centre and Spa, Mountain biking trail and BMX tracks, horse riding, hiking, bowls, tennis, squash, Adventure golf, Discovery Park and flyfishing. Our Entertainment program runs all year round, day and night, for all age groups, from facepainting to bowls competitions, to quizzes and karaoke. The 5 restaurants open at various times, giving you options from light Bistro meals, to A la Carte variety and buffet/carvery Dinners. The bars range from sports type with big screens, to epic golfing views over the dam and mountains, and relaxed cocktail lounge experiences. We have 3 Conference venues, and beautiful gazebos or venues to plan that Wedding in the berg, a memorable location. Recently built is a zipline, Archery range and adventure park for all ages. A waterslide for the kids and a heated pool, "The Cove" provides extra swimming facilities all year round.

Thank you for your review of our resort. We do have an extremely large property, and a variety of accommodation. The joy is that with the size of the property, there is lots of safe space for everyone to enjoy themselves here, whether in it for the adventure and activities, or just to relax in the mountains. We also ensure we are quite strict in terms of the protocols needed for our guests' safety in these times. Hoping you got to experience all the adventure at Drak gardens.

We stayed in the Fairways chalets but every single room and type of accommodation in the resort is top notch. The resort is still as charming as the good old resorts from our youth but with modern conveniences and facilities. The animal farm and water park are epic fun for the little ones and the safe and plentiful paths and hiking trails to some of the most idyllic views in the world will satisfy any level of rambler. I can easily rate this resort as my happy place. Another great feature is the multitude of restaurant options in the resort catering to every palate and giving diners the choice of different meals each day. The terrace has epic views of the mountains and is the best place for daily sundowners. Can't wait to go back again

a very nice resort with ample activities to keep the kids entertained. Beautiful Scenic walks and mountain bike routes suitable for all ages groups. Onsite spa was excellent and has a onsite gym and tennis courts

We were extremely impressed with all of the amenities, so much to do and we just had the best holiday. We will definitely be back. The service was good and the staff all adhered to COVID principles. I coudn't believe I hadnt heard of the resort before.
