Sunset Residence is located in the up-market residential area of Sunset Beach, 300 meter from the beach, walking distance to a supermarket and restaurant. The residence consists of 2 villas, one with 3 separate entrance apartment the other one with 5 separate entrance apartments. Both villas have a heated pool, barbeque area and are fully serviced daily. Free wifi internet connection. We also have a generator in case of load shedding. “What a great, warm welcomed stay we had. I was only there 2 days but was just so moved by how kind and warm Fabrizio was. He greeted us with a smile, helped us to our room and gave us the low down on the area. Unit was super clean, stocked and had an awesome shower and tub plus a quaint yard and pool. I fell in love with his gentle giant dog Hercules!! Sweetest thing!!! Close to shopping and a quick walk to a very lovely beach. Highly recommend!!! 10+

We had a fantastic 2+ month stay at Sunset Residence, whilst on a working holiday in Cape Town. Fabrizio was an excellent host, happy to offer advice when needed or just let us get on with it. The housekeeping girls looked after us extremely well and the apartment was in good condition - if there was anything extra we needed Fabrizio was around to help, from recommending good restaurants, local navigation and borrowing wetsuits! We also enjoyed the house dog!
Sunset Beach is about 10-15 min drive north of the Waterfront, but the apartment is in a very safe area with everything you need just a short walk away. Excellent location and near all major routes for exploring the Western Cape, and less than 1 hour to Stellenbosch for wine-tasting. The main advantage is a fantastic beach within 5 mins walking distance with a great views of the city, and perfect for kite-surfing or windsurfing.

A perfect location to enjoy the sea and the city, without the city traffic in a beautiful and peaceful place in one of the most famous beach of Cape Town.
The Residence is great and Fabrizio and his advices were perfect for my holiday. Thanks to Fabrizio suggestions we visited the most important and exciting attractions of Cape Town area, without the typical stress of the new "big city approach". The Residence is exactly as described and the photos are real. The relaxed atmosphere and the available facilities were a perfect mix for my family (e. g. small swimmingpool for my 3 years old daughter, the fire for perfect dinner for my wife and the big space for my sport equipment). We stayed for 11 nights and Fabrizio helped us in all various aspects of living and approaching the city, the area, the tours and the attractions; he reserved for us places and tickets (e.g. table Mountain cableway), suggesting the best timing and sequence for all our days. The service personnel is available, friendly and the service was more than expected (e.g. for washing machine for our personal dress and for dishwashing). We felt to be at our home. Thanks for all and see You next year.

Stayed for 6 nights with my family (incl.kids 2-12 yr). Had the most friendly and relaxed service. Axtually, we showed up unannoynxed and without a book8ng. Marcelo made a plan and made us fell at home.

Our family had a great stay at Sunset Residence. Marcello was friendly and also very helpful with information about sights and eating places. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious for me and my husband and 18 year old son. Will definitely stay here again.

Super peaceful, clean, sexy friendly owner with beautiful accent, feels like im in another country, wish i could stay here forever. I am traveling all over Cape Town and exploring all the suburbs and meeting all kinds of beautiful people, i have not been everywhere bit it us definitely on my list

The location is very good,about five minutes walking distance to the Sunset Beach, Very good living conditions, nice rooms and lovely kitchenette. The owner (Fabrizio) is very friendly and gave a lot of useful information about best places to visit. He even assisted me with the online booking for Robben Island as I had not activated my mobile for roaming. I will not mind staying at Sunset Residence if I visit Cape Town again

Super value for money, lovely clean accommodation, delicious freshly cooked and prepared breakfast. Fabrizio was the loveliest host who could not do enough for us. All the staff were super too, even hanging washing out and bringing back in when dry. Fabrizio was on hand with loads of local information and a taxi driver in hand to take us where we wanted. Added bonus was Hercules the most beautiful gentle Alsatian who would walk us into our apartment each night, do a quick check then toddle off again 🥰. If you are looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle can definitely recommend these apartments.

Our stay was brilliant as a church group, we stayed for the night and really enjoyed the place. Located in the heart of Capetown in a peaceful environment, self catering and an option for breakfast/lunch supper is included.

The 2 bedrooms flat has 2 separate bedroom with door!
"As I said above I loved the 2 bed 2 ensuite one better than the studio one. I couldnt see the others but they all modern lovely comfy white linen soft beds. So it will depend on yr budget and needs but overall you wont go wrong."Read full review
