We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at Lo Villa (part of the Gea Villas complex) on the beautiful Greek Island of Skiathos. Particular mention must be made about our fantastic host “Giannis“ who looked after us from the very moment we arrived to the moment we left, he couldn’t do enough for us all👏 The well equipped and maintained Villa is situated on a hillside overlooking the old town of Skiathos and out towards the (Mama Mia!)Isle of Skopilos (you will not be disappoint by the Million dollar views!!) Car hire is highly recommended ( which Giannis organized for us!) as the Gea Villa’s are located up a steep road on a hillside but well situated for trips into town and to discover the many beaches and tavernas situated on the Island. Sad to leave, but we will definitely be back one day in the future!…

Geas Villas was brilliant. Villa Lo was clean, comfortable and the manager was excellent. There were 7 of us and we really enjoyed staying there. John, the manager, was really friendly and helpful. He even got some shopping in for us because we arrived quite late. We reimbursed him of course and it was a pleasure to do so. He made sure we had everything we needed, right from when we first booked. Skiathos was beautiful as ever and the people were friendly. Highly recommend Geas Villas; the view, the accommodation, the pool and the manager are all excellent! You will need a car though, and be brave. There are some steep turns on the way up.

I tried to book villa for next summer. The owner wanted 20% prepayment from me, later he cancelled my booking, but I don't understand why. I really didn’t find information about 20% prepayment. The information on the booking site was this: „Payment Info After September 18 you'll pay EUR 0 After July 7 you'll pay EUR 1,984.50” I used Booking.com more than 10 years, because the flexible planning important for me, and every time search accommodation without prepayment and with free cancelling. Never happened the same situation with me! I asked the owner, please send me where can I read this term (20% prepayment), the cancelling was the answer :(. I worked for the hotel busniness more than 15 years, this is not customer friendly standard!! I can understand the policy of the owner, but he must write same in the policy of the booking.com site.…

We have rented Kassiope Villa for 7 nights. The villa was very clean, the staff was very friendly and keeping the rooms clean everyday. I will always recommend this villa because we had a great time here. Relaxation at it’s best. The view is awesome from every angle. John you did a great job! Best regards.
