Rosedene Lodge is tucked away in a small street just behind busy Main Road, well sheltered from the noise and buzzle of vibrant Sea Point. With only six rooms in total, our guests enjoy individual attention and an intimate and comfortable but spacious environment in which to relax. All rooms offer access through individual terraces or courtyards with teak chairs and granite tables. Our large sun drenched pool and pool area invites you to relax on teak lounges. Fibre-optics wifi is available throughout the property. For visitors, Sea Point has developed into the most sought after part of Cape Town in recent years. It is considered safe, in close proximity to the Atlantic (less than 5 walking minutes from us to the prestigious Sea Point Promenade) and within close proximity to a plethora of shops, restaurants and the Greenpoint Stadium. Due to its location between the city centre and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, but also only 2.5km away from the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point offers excellent transport facilities.

Very nice place under the Signal Hill in Capetown, with big spacious rooms with friendly hospitality, I have been a returning guest for this reason. Close to the bubbling Seapoint life. I will be back. Thanks ‘teacher’ and Michael for your friendly homecoming feel you ventilate.

Michael is an exceptionnal host. His staff attends swiftly to all our needs. Small but very secured place, well laid out, lots of flowers and shrubs with pool section. Clean rooms, confortable beds. Two steps from restos and bars, book without hesitation.

The whole staff is so kind and helpful, I felt so much at home and very safe. The pool area is so beautiful, flowers in every corner and the service is great. The room got cleaned ever day. The mini bar has an outstanding selection of beverages. Towels are provided, so clean and the beds comfort made me sleep every night so good. And last but not least - Thank you for the best Coffee ever with the most important ingredient - love. I cant wait to come back and can highly recommend that place.

· We had a great stay at the Rosedene Lodge! Our two standard rooms were perfect for our bussiness trip, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect - near Table Mountain, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the great shops and restaurants on Main Road, and loved the friendly staff!

Michael and his team are excellent hoists! Next to the fact that they have created a beautiful hidden place, they are wonderful in helping out with everything a guest can wish. Their knowledge about town but also their hospitality is a very warm welcome, for starting your trip or when you just want to explore Cape Town.

We stayed at Rosedene Lodge for 3 nights and we really feel that we couldn´t have found a better place. Owner Michael and his manager , Teacher were so friendly and helpful. Michael is such a good host and he took a lot of time and effort to give us tips and guide us to good places to see, eat and enjoy . The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool area is good and the garden around is kept immaculate. Also the area of Rosedene Lodge was just perfect, very central in the middle of Sea Point with a lot of things to do, good restaurants just a walk away and see around but in a very quiet street and safe area.
