This was our second stay at the Bush Lodge and certainly will not be our last. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation on the Limpopo River, on a beautiful and very well managed farm just teeming with game. Truly stunning scenery. And Isaac our caretaker was the most attentive and efficient host. Always there, always a fire going with lots of wood, always hot water, always cleaned and swept. Thank you Isaac. This place has all the right ingredients, and using these they have baked the perfect cake. We will be back. And the leopard near Koro was a nice bonus!!!!!!

This lovely and rustic but clean resort is a short drive from a rather quiet Platjan border post. The road was in faily good condition. Check in was friendly and efficient and we also bought two bundles of fire wood. On our way to the campsite we came across the camp manager who welcomed us and told us we just missed a leopard. W camped with a Jeep and off-road caravan and it was fairly easy to set up camp. Not all sites is good for vans as some hsve low trees or down slopes. Albutions was very neat and braai's were cleaned daily. The friendly camp staff made sure we always had hot water from the 'donkie'. All stands have lovely views of the Limpopo river. No electricity, but there is parrafin lamps in the ablutions. We really loved it and would go back anytime.

A long drive down very bumpy dirt roads but well worth it. The MOST generous and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much, they helped us change our tyre, start a fire, offered us ice and took us to see sunset. Friendly, interesting and kind. Beautiful river side location of campsite and beautifully looked after. Highly recommend.

I have been twice and cant wait to go againšŸ˜Š The Limpopo River Lodge in the Tuli Block is a very special place .... and to be accomodated on the rivers edge is a privelage ... wildlife abounds and you are able to watch nature happening real time .... from your bed, from your shower, from your campfire ...... amazing and truely peaceful. If u need to clear your head and feel at one with the natural world ..... this is a must do. Yes it is remote but in that lies the enchantment, awesomeness and the feeling of total escape. The staff are unbelievably helpfull and friendly, always making your stay even more relaxing !! In addition to lots of elephants and plenty of other wildlife .... this is a bird lovers paradise. Don't miss out !!!

We spent a week in campsite five. Isaac, who is in charge of keeping the sites clean, did a brilliant job. Very neet, clean, hot water in the spotless ablutions. Isaac would make sure we had a fire going when we returned from sundowners. We saw lots of elephant, all the usual antelope. We had 100 birds by the end of the third day. Lovely to walk up and down the river. Alan the manager was very pleasant and helpful and supplied ice when we ran out. If you are looking for a great spot to just get away and relax, then thus is it.
