We did a tour of the Baviaanskloof with our Bushlapa caravan from the Patensie side. we had to hurry because the daunting road and spectacular sightseeing took a lot of time. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Duiwekloof Lodge and Campsite. The scenery in the Kloof at sunset was something we will remember forever! The campsite was well laid out with nice level terraces and it was easy to set up our Kewer. Thoko did a great job to show us around. The ablutions were great and we enjoyed the nice corner bath before having a heavenly rest. We woke up with the first sounds of doves cooing; the "valley of doves" was true! We will definitely be back for a longer stay to explore the area with family! Dirk & Retha

We stayed in the Honeymoon Cave and it was fantastic! Lovely details throughout and very private. Lovely walks available and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The 2 Collies were so friendly and 'guarded' us everywhere we went and overnight!

Duiwekloof is an amazing lodge in the fantastic Baviaanskloof. The trails guides (the three lodge dogs) were excellent, they know the trails well and love a walk. The honeymoon cave is highly recommended.

What a little gem! We had a wonderful 4 nights at the Duiwekloof Camping site. Facilities were clean and spacious. The pool is amazing. The hikes were fantastic and we were accompanied by 3 great guides and protectors in the form of Captain, Banda and Leia. 3 beautiful resident dogs.

Our stay was incredible; made extra special by the manageress who went above and beyond what we had expected. We enjoyed a braai pack; pot bread and delicious salad for dinner and a breakfast made by the lodge; highly recommend enjoying the food on offer

I can highly recommend Duiwekloof Lodge. We were greeted by the 3 friendlly dogs and lovely Tjoko who went out of her way to make our stay special. Everything was outstanding, very clean and just perfect. We used the big lounge/dining room with kitchen and indoor braai.
