Casa Villa is a neat and clean guesthouse for a overnight stay. The rooms are a bit over furnished and there for is the space around the double bed limited.... no night lamp on one side of bed. No toiletries were put out .... only left overs from previous guests.

We visit this place with my family. The place is very clean and wel maintained. Bathroom and toilet is shared, but that is no problem. As soon as you finished with the Bathroom, it is getting cleaned. If you realy like your privacy, it might be not the best place, because the owners stay in the same building. But for us this was more conveniënt than a problem.

We visited the place with my other colleagues whom they are the ladies. Yes the place is clean but the experience was terrible as we were sharing the Bathroom and Toilet in that guest house and other has small bed in a room. The was owner was preparing our foods wearing her pajamas ON in the morning. The owners stay in the house too. The place is suitable for a family to share not individual guest to share the guest house.

Room Tip: The rooms are not nice as you see them form their website and even on Tripadvisor page.

In 12 years and more than a thousand of happy guests we get this is a very negative review of a person not facing us personally. When the booking was made we made it clear that the only rooms available that day was rooms sharing a separate bath, shower and toilet. We showed you what we had available and you agreed that all was fine? The single room had two 3/4 beds?No payment was made at this stage and you could take up any other accommodation? The booking was also not made thru Trip-advisor? Why review here??

The majority of b&b's around casa villa claimed to be full which we verified later to be a strategy not to get people of a certain race .in casa villa we were welcomed with open arms everything was explained to us in details .the house is extremely clean loving couple who made us feel at home very quite and a home away from home .we enjoyed those meals and the chats we had .keep it up I'm coming back soon
