No fuss check in and most friendly reception on our arrival. Spacious rooms tastefully decorated. There is a large communal bar and lounge area and a separate restaurant. Breakfast was good and most reasonably priced traditional dinners were fantastic. The owners are dog lovers and at least 10 dogs wander around looking for attention.
Highly Recommended!

We had a fabulous time. Everything was done to perfection. The venue, the service, food and the room was all exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel really special. Can definitely recommend them.

Such a special place. We went with a group of friends for 4 midweek nights..had the whole lodge to ourselves. Antoinette and her team looked after us all so well. We were on a group rate but service levels and food quality was outstanding. The venue, gardens, pool and bedrooms were spotless. I loved the quiet, just hearing the birds awake us in the mornings which was a treat. I loved seeing a bible next to each bed too. Water was in abundant supply and clean. Generator kicked in when a storm took out the main supply one night. The hall we met in was clean and perfect for meetings. I see they also had a smaller meeting room which cd be useful for others to know. The game drive was also good, we got to see Sable Kudu and Impala. It was safe for us to take a walk down to a nearby watering hole. This is a place I wd recommend for a quiet getaway in the bush in a lovely venue, or a place for groups to meet. Privately run (with obvious love) it doesnt have that "step and repeat" feel of some of the chain hotels. Perhaps an idea for them to consider a Spa as an added service into the future. I wish this venue every good success into the future

We arrived at around 9am, for conferencing, expecting what we usually get at conference venues. They awaited us with a large, hot breakfast, served fresh from the kitchen. We had bottled water and biscuits in the conference room, lunch was amazing. Included in our trip was a 2 hour game drive, with pre-ordered drinks and plenty of animals to see.

Dinner was an epic experience, I was not this spoilt, even on honeymoon! We sat around a bon fire, and had a waiter attending do any needs, drinks, blankets, etc. There was chips and biltong and biscuits, and a chef came to Braai grade A steaks - probably the best in the country.

This is not an experience to miss, whether you travel with friends, family or for business reasons.
