We have known and liked the Seehotel Fleesensee for many years. The name has changed every time we have visited, but otherwise everything has stayed the same.
The well-kept rooms, the restaurant and the spa area have remained almost unchanged since the opening. This is certainly also thanks to the quality standards of the previous operators Iberotel and Tui-Blue.
The decoration and color scheme in the house is certainly a bit outdated, which is particularly noticeable in the bar. But the comfort and functionality of the large, bright rooms with a balcony facing the lake are still good.
In addition to the wonderfully quiet location on the lake with a private beach and jetty, we were impressed by the extensive breakfast buffet with a live cooking station for egg dishes.
The service throughout the hotel is very friendly. Our special thanks go to Claudia from the breakfast team: she handles the service at the buffet with exceptional attention and speed, just like on our second-to-last visit 8 years ago!
The Seehotel Fleesensee is a good choice for cyclists, water sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet.
It has free parking and storage and charging facilities for bicycles/e-bikes.
Tip: Be sure to book a room with a lake view - this makes your stay particularly nice.

We have now been here 6 times and have always been very satisfied as long as the hotel was run by TUI Blue.
Unfortunately, there is a clear loss of quality.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we arrived (hair in the sink, dirty toilet seat).
The walls had clear colored stripes, so they should be renovated.
The water in the spa area was listed as having a temperature of 29 degrees, but this was clearly not true. Other guests were of the same opinion.
The breakfast was good average, but also less extensive than before. The selection of sausages was very limited, and it was not replenished promptly.
There is nothing negative to say about the service staff.
There was an unpleasant surprise at checkout: In addition to the tourist tax, an “energy fee” of € 3.50 per day was charged.
There was no mention of this when booking via Check24 (Expedia).
After complaining, we were kindly given a waiver of the additional amount. When we got home, we checked the booking conditions on various booking portals and found no reference to the energy fee on Check24, Booking.com or Hotels.com. There is room for improvement in communication here.
The hotel itself is still unique with its location directly on the Fleesensee. Hence the three-point rating.
Nevertheless, we are not sure whether we will book again. What a pity!

We booked savings offer 3=2, per night 154 € f. Double room Superieur m.Fr. lake side, came to the 5.Et.
The original price of 227 € is completely excessive.
The view is amazing.
Unfortunately, from the height a roof is missing on the balcony, so you can not go out in rain.

The beds too soft, probably too deep for the elderly.

Breakfast as in many hotels sufficient, nothing special.

The environment very quiet...2 restaurants within walking distance, otherwise car necessary.

The boat pier for boat tours is about 10 minutes away.

On the whole our stay has been excellent. The room (with view of the lake) are great as you get to see the beautiful sunset.
Great private lake access with comfortable loungers and beach towel and bathrobe plus carrier in room make for a perfect beach holiday.
I like the fact that you can opt out of daily cleaning in lieu of a drinks voucher.
The only blemish was the chef on Monday morning. He needs to remember that it is the guests who pay his salary. Asking him to refill items on the buffet (well before 11am) seemed too much for him and when one guest asked him to prepare a fresh egg dish he said that they are understaffed and that there is plenty of egg options already cooked and she needs to choose from them. The next morning saw more kitchen staff around and a dedicated chef cooking fresh egg dishes. The chef from Monday morning was still around and still grumpy.
That aside, everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Nice sauna area and good gym equipment.

We knew this was a nice hotel on the Fleesensee with beach and wellness, so were in time at 2 pm in hotel. Unfortunately the room was not ready and we went for a beer. It was 33 degrees so we wanted to go swimming, but without a key card to your room you couldn't get anywhere. After rejoining the long check-in line at 3 pm, at least half of the check-ins were told that the rooms were still not clean and they had no idea what time they were. So wait, wait and everyone got crankier and crankier. Finally at quarter to 4 we got our room key but arrived at the room it was not yet clean..... A cleaner worked his way around and dropped a glass until disaster struck... When we were finally allowed to enter our room, it was littered with glass. So a very bad entrant. Fortunately, we were able to use the facilities much later than planned. The beach was lovely with the beautiful jetty and the pool is also beautiful, despite the fact that water is on the fresh side. The room is large with nice bathroom. Great beds. Nice balcony overlooking the lake, if you think away the trees, because the lake is barely visible. It's too bad. Beds also fine with very thin pillows. The breakfast was great, only it was super busy. So in the end we had a good stay at this lovely hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for the first time over January 11 for three nights. It is located directly on the lake, our room on the 5th floor. Stock even had a direct view of Fleesensee from the bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large enough and had a walk-in shower, nothing was missing.
The bathing area was very nice and as there were not many guests in the hotel, there were also enough sunbeds. The gym is also quite sufficient for this hotel size. And, even on site, a massage could still be booked.
The reception was always manned and if you had any questions you always got a competent answer. Since we didn't have the housekeeping, we got a drink voucher; you don't have it everywhere.
The breakfast was good and adequate, the staff was always polite and always attentive when clearing and refilling. Interesting and highly recommended is the four-course evening meal - tasty, very well prepared and served. We recommend the fish oriented.

There is a new operator again, now called Seehotel Fleesensee
The staff are super nice, rooms are immaculate
But the food has gone downhill. Breakfast buffet is pretty unloving, cheap cooked sausage. At the evening buffet there is cold rice, almost raw vegetables. I've had better
What a shame.

Many customers have not been able to redeem their TouriDat voucher for the Tui Blu Fleesensee for months because there has been a change of ownership!
All parties involved are making fun of the loyal customers and no one wants to be responsible!
TouriDat in particular is stalling its customers and trying to avoid responsibility!!
Many customers should now hire a lawyer and sue TouriDat GmbH so that the paid voucher is refunded!!
It must be determined in court who will now pay back the voucher value quickly!
Unfortunately, it is typical of our society that money is ripped off for a service that was not provided!
This is not how trusting behavior towards us customers should look! So be careful with TouriDat vouchers of this kind!!

The gastronomic offer in the evening as well as for breakfast is absolutely weak or catastrophic.

The fish food from the evening menu was inedible as it was neither freshly fried nor properly seasoned. We were offered a substitute in the form of a chicken schnitzel, but this was also not freshly fried let alone pleasantly seasoned and tempered.

At the breakfast buffet we could watch as a member of staff from the
Kitchen the cheese slices with bare fingers !!️twisted as they were already curving.

The many salads made of mayonnaise (classic meat salads and matjes salads) already showed the first traces of drought at 09.00.

Fewer breakfast items should be offered (for example, who needs 4 different dried-on types of cheese slices or boring 0-8-15 cold cuts ) but they prefer good quality and attractive presentation.

Other guests also advised us against taking the orange juice out of the dispenser as it was quite watered down.

The spa area is amazingly good and well maintained.

In January I was disappointed with the food. Now there is a better breakfast and the evening meal in particular was much better. Great pork fillet with really good potato gratin. The staff is, as always, super friendly. Minus points for the wellness area: the glass panes in the pool area are dirty. And the cushions on the loungers and the blankets are stained. Overall, it is definitely too expensive. The energy fee of €3.50 per day is not mentioned anywhere.
