What can I say, CLUB is a top priority here! For us it is the place for the perfect short break. The club director and his deputy are very present. All the staff are very friendly and always up for a chat. Patrick, with a K at the end, is a perfect F&B manager who leads his team very well, as is Ray with his entertainment team. The reception is open 24 hours a day and there too, we have to say, the service is good and all questions and requests were fulfilled. Jasmin was also very present and asked every day if we were okay. We made a lot of use of the entertainment program in the club this time, simply because it was a lot of fun. Every club needs an entertainment Robin like Patrick without a K, but oh well, the others did a very good job. The shows in the club are simply amazing, you can feel the power and love in the audience so well that it is just fun to watch. The buffets are amazing, a nice selection and the taste was simply mega, I haven't had such well-seasoned food in a buffet restaurant for a long time. I could list everything, but that would go beyond the scope. We looked forward to the food every day and were not disappointed. The drinks at the bar were also great, but actually the best thing about the bar is the staff. It makes you look forward to your next vacation. There are lots of great and beautiful excursions to do in the region, and there are lots of good tips in the Robinson app. But you can also get valuable tips from talking to the Robins about what you absolutely have to do or see. We had a family room, which was clean, nice and big and the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom left nothing to be desired.

We enjoy coming here all year around. The team is always friendly and helpful. The moment you are greeted by security you already feel like coming home.
Highlights are the shows at night. Amazing how the staff after a full day of work is able to perform on a high level. Right now 3 dance shows per week. It would be nice to see some comedy or poetry slam and involve guests 1-2 in the evening shows and see some hidden staff like kitchen, office etc to participate as well. DJ at night was not at his best this time. 3 nights same music and as later it got it louder it went .
Once again, we had a great time with yummy food and lots of sports. We will be back again.

We could enjoy a week of Fleesensee in the best weather and good-humored and helpful staff of the hotel. We were amazed and surprised daily with new fresh delicacies by the excellent quality of the cuisine around Chef Uli. The sports and wellness offer is extensive. We made our little catamaran sailing license.
We will be back!

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. Price and performance no longer match up for us.

What bothered us:
- The selection and quality of the food was poor (from raw chips to raw meat to used cutlery where there should actually be clean ones)
- 30 minutes for the children's meal is often not enough, especially for small children. In addition, you were asked to leave the restaurant in a very rude manner if the toddler hadn't finished the ice cream.
- There are no toys in the swimming area
- The Robyclub is very old, there are stains all over the carpets, toys are worn out. The ladder on the play ship is quite dangerous with its edges
- No safety lock on the doors, children can run out anywhere at any time (really dangerous if the outdoor pool is not fenced in)

What we liked:
- The staff were otherwise mostly very friendly and accommodating
- The rooms were clean

For something that Robinson stands for family holidays, it is not really child-friendly. Many of our friends have been there in the last few weeks and have reported the same thing.

The first Robinson Club that we didn't like. When there are a lot of children there during the holidays, you can't hear your own voice in the restaurant. This is partly due to the poor acoustics, and partly because food is only served in a small time slot from 7:30 p.m. Then all the guests, big and small, flock to the buffet together, so you step on each other's toes. Quiet and pleasant conversations with people at the table next to you are hardly possible. The range of food was OK, but we're used to better things from other clubs. Golfers get their money's worth at the club because of the large number of golf courses.
The acoustics in the bar/lobby are also terrible. The solo entertainer's music is almost drowned out by the roar of the guests.
We were offered a drink at the bar as a welcome. Everything except juice was subject to payment.

- Food is dirty (salad is not washed for example)
- Food for kids are mainly fried
- Vegetables are frozen ones
- Adult dinner starts at 7.30pm, very late if you have small kids to put to sleep.
- dresscode not adhered to, no dinner! It happens to my husband as he was wearing an appropriate short. We were on holidays in summer, what do they expect?
- staff is overwhelmed cause understaffed so service is not that good
Overall not worth it and things will not change as other reviews are similar.

We were at Robinson for a week of workation. All in all, it was great: our own workation room with a separate office and (small) desk. TV/monitor available. WiFi was OK, obviously not the fastest in the world, but good enough for working with web apps and watching Netflix now and then. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

The club is nice, there are lots of activities and good food.

The evening program alone has been a nuisance for 2 years.

DJ Floh hasn't changed his playlist for 2 years. Sometimes the order of the songs varies, but it's always the same songs by ABBA and disco pop, with a beat if necessary. Yes, there are always a few people dancing, but the new management apparently hasn't noticed that there are very few of them in a sold-out club.

Even on rock night, with a great show by the entertainers on the theme of rock, there wasn't a single rock song on the dance floor!

Simply disappointing.

Although we like dancing, we usually spend our evenings in the fireplace room to escape Floh's disco music, which is usually too loud.

It's a shame that they don't dare to be a little bit diverse and sometimes play Nirvana, Depeche Mode, Billy Idol, Queen, Fugees or similar from the 80s and 90s - without a beat!

And I'm sick of hearing the phrase: "I'm Floh, 39 and single" for a long time.

We stayed 1 week at the robinson club. The first two days were very irritating because we have never had a club holiday. All new and extraordinary. But we recovered so well in this week. Such a great team. I don't know what to praise in detail here . Everything was mega beautiful. Great robins. All through the bank. We met such great young people who were involved with so much heart. Whoever complains here may be wrong at fleesensee. Of course there are always things you don't like at the moment, e.g. when 2 employees fight in the restaurant. But they explained the situation to us and that was it for us. Andreas and Clementine are particularly noteworthy. The hours with them were so profound for me. Thank you very much. We have been booked directly for next year. Then we will stay 2 weeks if it works. What was not quite so nice was the people who were often there gadt dind and 3 weeks stay always a bit hipped. You should be careful to treat everyone the same
Thanks to all of you. You guys are really mega.

Simply Robinson. Almost everything is great. This club has a particularly beautiful location with a golf course on the doorstep and wonderful walks possible.
The dining room could be improved a bit.
The course room is definitely too small. That's a shame.
Nevertheless, the club is always worth a visit.

Ja, es gibt ausreichend separate Tische. Wir waren zu viert und hatten immer einen eigenen Tisch. Trotz der hohen Gästezahl war es problemlos und stressfrei einen freien Tisch zu bekommen
