Unfortunately starting to be a bit run down. Needs renovation and a good cleaning. Restaurant staff are nice, but hotel manager seemed a bit lost. Breakfast was bad. Plain toast, overripe fruit and old pastries with instant coffee. No effort and definitely not good value for money. All in all, could be nice, but lack of effort ruins the experience. Also, they don't pay their satellite TV provider, so no TV in the room basically.

Had a week at the hotel whilst working in Iringa, really enjoyed my stay, the location of the hotel is very good 10 minute walk into Iringa centre and great views from the hotel Veranda. Room was very clean was sprayed every night against mosquitos and had a modern flat screen TV with satellite programs. Lastly the restaurant serves great Indian Food for Lunch and Dinner well worth a visit even if not staying here. Breakfast are very basic but adequate. Staff were courteous and helpful, will definitely stay again when in Iringa.

My friend and I dined here nearly three hours on our last evening and it was such a fantastic way to end our trip! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and also serves as a hotel. We ordered a huge salad, naan, a main entree each plus a bottle of wine and paid just $20 each including a generous tip. Also, there was free WiFi. Don’t leave Iringa without dining at this restaurant!

This hotel has good location in terms of parking, view and fresh air. The room conditions are very bad, lots of mosquito's and poor lighting inside the rooms. The rooms also has bad smell as if there has been no maintenance for years. The staffs are not energetic. They keep breakfast inside one of their dinning room it feels like a jail. while all travelers prefer to have breakfast in open areas and outside. they dont prepare the table for breakfast if you are having it out side you have to do all your self. i had asked them to prepare hot chocolate for my son, it taste like as if cocoa mixed in hot water. Their food preparation takes more than 45 mins to get you served. they dont serve beef.

Stayed in this hotel for one night on my way back from Ruaha national park...staffs are good.. Check in was easy..Rooms are a bit small to what they are charging. It's a bit dark in the rooms..food served was good but everything that was served was cold don't know what was the reason maybe because of the cold weather..The hotel has got a fantastic garden. Overall good experience.. Can recommend but pls check on the tariffs before booking...
