In the heart of Ceres, secured parking, quiet area resulting in a very good night's rest in a clean and comfortable room. Owners very friendly and helpful and the breakfast very nice. Will not hesitate to make use of this facility again should the need arise.
We stayed there for 1 night, very nice room, extremely helpful owner's, made everything very comfortable for us. Will stay there again. Central to the shops, restaurants, activities but was not there long enough to do the zipline, perhaps next time.
My wife and self were offered the opportunity to attend the unveiling of an obelisk to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the 1969 Earth Quake that caused devastation in the towns of Ceres, Tulbagh, and Wolseley on the night of 29 September 1969. On arrival at this guesthouse, we were surprised and impressed by the hospitality of the owners. We were welcomed and escorted to our room where everything was explained and some even demonstrated. Our room was modern neat and clean. The on-suit bathroom was outstanding. The ambiance of the whole guest house contributed to the relaxing feeling that aided towards a restful night. We were requested a suitable time for breakfast the next morning. The next morning we were again welcomed by the friendly owners at the breakfast where a well-prepared breakfast was served. Outstanding quality with that “homely touch” We will recommend this venue to anyone that would like to stay in style in a wonderful modern style environment that includes safety and a wonderful garden.…
Bit basic, but it is only 3 Stars. A little boxed in, but comfortable and quiet. Great for 1 or 2 nights. Highly accessible and easy access to the rest of the wonderous valley!!! Great breakfast and the hosts are fantastic, warm and welcoming xxx
Nothing Flash, but clean and friendly, lovely garden to relax in. Very friendly and helpful host. We had a comfortable and relaxing rest. Thank you for taking us in. We choose not to have breakfast which might of been a mistake. As we did not find a good place to stop on the road back to Cape Town. Next time I will have the breakfast too.
