We slept over in Kuruman en route to the Kgalagadi Park and were lucky that we followed the Tripadvisor advice and booked into the Kuru-Kuru guest house.
The facilities and the breakfast were good but we did not properly advise them of our dinner requirements and got game for dinner - something my wife does not eat at all.

Room Tip: We requested a large double bed and a shower and were booked into room 5, which was very acceptable.

A home away from home with comforting personal touches. Suzette is welcoming and approachable, the breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are clean and fitted with everything one needs, and the recent addition of free wifi makes this the complete package.

On the road to Khalari, Kuruman is a pretty nice town to make a stop and Kuru-Kuru is a very good guest house located in a peaceful area not so far from the main street.
We have appreciated the warm welcome and the very good humor of the staff. Thanks also to Suzette who is a good "chef" !
Kuru-Kuru is a good value option before entering the desert.

We were 11 people traveling back from Namibia. The guesthouse needs a refresher. The manager was extremely accommodating - we could use the big kitchen and he set a table for us in the dining room.
The rooms are ok, but cupboard doors loose and crockery and cutlery lacking.

We rented a family room for one night on our way between the Kalahari and Johannesburg. The room was great, good mattresses on the beds and good linen. It was a cold night but the hot water bottles provided kept us nice and warm. The room had a double bed, a single bed and a set of bunk beds so could easily sleep 5.

The kitchenette is well equipped, we did not cook but found everything we would have needed for a quick meal.

Will visit again if we pass through Kuruman.

Very comfortable accommodation with all the amenities required, as well as fully stocked kitchenette and a nice bathroom, aircon and DSTV. Slept well! Friendly welcome by the owners with a lovely breakfast! Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Secure parking. I would stay there again if going through Kuruman.
