Casa Isabel, a 2 bedroom sea front cottage, sleeps max 6 and is in Tofinho, 50m away from the sea. Casa Christine is also in Tofinho, 80m away from the sea. Casa Christine has 2 bedrooms with a loft area and sleeps max 8 people. Tofo is an awesome beach town, in the Inhambane province 550km north of Maputo, in Mozambique. There are several diving schools and restaurants in Tofo. No need for a 4 x 4, Tofo and the 3 cottages are reachable with a normal car. Our Reception is at Casa Isabel, (GPS coordinates S 23, 51.690 ; E 35, 32.998 ) Where you collect the keys. Raule (manager) and Pedru (house worker) see to the well-being of our guests and that all their requirements are attended to.

This is our second stay at Casa Isabel and the reason we came back is because we loved it. The location is superb, with views from the top of the sand dunes overlooking Tofhino, which are breathtaking. You can sit for hours watching the whales (in season of course). The house has everything that you need and the cleaner was reliable and kept the place sparklingly clean.

A wonderful family holiday! Clean soft sand beach! Decent swimming for all ages. Everything is close and walking distance. restaurants, accommodation, small grocery shop. etc. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy.

We spent 15 days at Casa Derika Dec 2019 - Jan 2020 and I would suggest this location to anybody! most beautiful location would be hard to find. You are ON THE BEACH. Beautiful house, clean and such helpful and friendly staff. All activities are walking distance and we will be back soon!

Accommodation was great, beautiful views of the sea allowing us to sip our coffee while mesmerized by the waves. Would be great to have had a small pool, for those days you did not want to go down to the beach, or just to take a morning dip. Big thank you to Raul for assisting at times, and the night guard Augustine.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at Casa Derika . It was very comfortable , spacious , clean , well taken care of accommodation with attention to detail and the most amazing views of the beach . Perfect location . The house was kept clean and tidy daily , linen changed regularly . We experienced very helpful assistance from the upfront booking through payment and assistance whilst there . Staff member Pedro is a very good asset to the property, hard working, and knowledgeable of many things in Tofo He is also a master of fish purchase and preparation . We highly recommend a visit to this magical place, you leave with a sadness in your heart... already planning the next trip back . Thankyou

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Isabel. It is a lovely, spacious and well equipped cottage with the most magnificent views of the ocean from both the downstairs and upstairs patios, where we spent many hours watching whales and dolphins frolicking in the waves close to shore. The cottage is very clean and well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is well located on the dunes above the beach and is in short walking distance of the beach and the market. We will definitely be coming back!

It was a magical couple of days in Tofo. Casa Christine was perfect for our family. The views are spectacular from the veranda, we saw whales all day long from the veranda. It was well maintained and serviced daily. The team in Tofo were amazing and were always willing to assist with all our requests. Tofo CBD and main beach are within walking distance and Tofinio beach is a stone throw away. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great beach holiday

We had the privilege to stay at Casa Derika for 6 days in July. This beautiful little gem is situated right on the beach, with a 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean. Every morning we had our coffee on the verandah, enjoying the view, before heading up to the Diving facility right next door! Our stay at Casa Derika was very pleasant, as this beach cottage has everything you could ask for. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a lovely prep island from where you also can enjoy the azure ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and mosquito safe! The kitchen-dining- lounge area are behind big windowed stack doors and even in the event of inclement weather you can still enjoy the view. As we were also diving, it was very convenient to stay so close to the diving facility we used, as we didn't need to travel from our accommodation to get to the dive shop. The house was kept clean by the wonderful Pedros and at night a guard kept watch in order for us to sleep safe and sound. We will definitely go again!…

Casa Christine is a lovely house to stay. it is close to the Tofinho beach. The house was clean and well equipped with a big veranda, where you can chiil and watch whales and dolphins passing by. The staff is awesome, helpfull and the house is reccommended. We will definitely stay again in casa Christine.
