The Villa Nai 3.3 is great. Apart from the obvious- it is located in the middle if an olive grove, it has breathtaking views of the sea, it is exquisitely private with its mere 8 suites, it is also a product of much love, passion and architectural acumen. We stayed for five days and we loved the place. The rooms are impeccable and kept luxuriously fresh and pristine, the Hermes cosmetics are a wonderful touch as well as the beautiful Frette linens. The breakfast is great, varied and full of healthy and also indulgent options. A great highlight is the olive tea. Mr and Mrs Morovic welcome you as a friend and for us they took the time to show the olive Mill and give us a lot of context as how the villa was conceived on their family property. The olive oil is outstanding, it is no wonder it has so many awards and recognitions. I had a massage and it was great, the olive paste from the garden makes it really special and the technical was very skillful too, something that can be a hit or miss at most holiday places. The only remark I have is that we would have wished for more variety in food and seafood but considering the hotel is brand new I am sure that this will change soon. The fruits and vegetables come from the garden directly on the property and are truly very good. I think this is a place for people how really want and need to relax and spend time together- the only noises you hear at Nai 3.3 are the birds, the crickets and the sea and we loved it just like that.

After the great experience in 2023, this year we have spent here 2 new amazing weeks: we love so much the boutique hotel, the food, the TEAM (same lovely people as in 2023) and Dugi Otok island. Villa Nai is perfect place for benefiting of a peaceful environment, and relaxing; for experiencing high quality ‘Km 0’ and sustainable food experiences; for discovering an extremely uncontaminated island with its natural reserves/parks; for feeling blessed and beloved by a professional and extremely kind and ‘familiar’ team ( receptionists, drivers, waiters, room cleaning staff, chefs and all kitchen employees). Villa Nai staff represents a very tangible ‘luxurious’ asset: people really care about guests and they are able to transmit very good vibes, kind and sincere feelings. They make you happy and after few days in Villa Nai, you feel ‘at home’. The team and the resort (interior and exterior design, architecture), they are the expression of the passion, dedication and professionalism which is ‘behind the scene’ : the owners ( Mr Goran and his amazing wife Ms Nives), always present in the hotel daily life. Unique experience surrounded by peace, olive trees, very exclusive and extremely comfortable atmosphere.
Staff is highly professional, helpful and friendly. Very interesting history ‘behind the scene’. Resort is pretty new but it has strong roots into the Croatian culture and traditions…and olive oil is a key element in this successful chapter.
Delicious fresh organic dishes, always including seasonal fruits and vegetables, growing in the beautiful garden behind the resort. Really appreciated the balance between elegant architecture and spaces, extreme attention to details, combined with a familiar atmosphere .. always felt ‘at home’.
The island is still quite wild and quiet, and the sea surprised us also: twelve dolphins danced in the water welcoming us in this Croatian paradise!

If you're looking for pure luxury, exclusivity, stunning surroundings, natural beauty, impeccable design, local cuisine, privacy and memories to make for a life-time, we couldn't recommend Villa Nai 3.3 enough. From the minute we arrived, to the day we had to sadly depart - this place was exceptional. The staff were amazing, so accomodating and we even had a tour of the olive factory by the hotel's owner Goran. It was pure perfection and the perfect place to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday. A dreamy place that instantly felt like home. Huge thanks to Luka, Bhawana, Yoko, Maksim, Nives, Goran and the rest of the Villa family for making our stay such an unreal experience.

Just the best. We’ve stayed at most of the luxury properties in Croatia, and this is our favorite. Everything is perfect, with some slight room for improvement on food and wine menus but already excellent (as of when we stayed in August 2023). Staff is truly exceptional, olive oil is amazing, and the sustainability measures are great. It is expensive but I find it to be better value than other options in this tier.
