We had great stay with my friends. The only problem is the noise of cars in the rooms facing the front of the apartment. The apartment location is closer to central of Cape Town and most attractions in Cape Town and it was easily excessible by Uber.

These apartments are absolutely lovely. A large group of 15 stayed here from mid-November to mid-December, occupying all three floors. Each floor's accommodations are new/spacious and have beautiful views of the ocean from each of the balconies and the gorgeous rooftop - with a small pool!
The guards were super friendly, very attentive/helpful, and Carla was great at promptly addressing any concerns/issues we had. The kitchen space is perfect for cooking great meals.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pristine stay.

From the day we booked until the day we left the Murex, Carla was always very helpful!
We travelled with kids (and a 6month old baby). We were so surprised when we arrived to see that there is a baby chair, baby utencils, baby toiletries and even a baby bath that was put in our apartment. This made travelling with our baby so much more convenient and definitely a gesture that would not be forgotten!
We always felt at home! This place is beautiful and very modern, also very close to almost everything you would want to see while visiting Cape Town and has very secure parking.
Every room has a tv with Netflix, making it easy to entertain the kids when we are at home. The rooftop pool/bbq area is amazing, wish we could have spent more time there! All the staff are amazing, the lady who cleaned the apartment, the security guards and Carla all went out of their way to make this a trip to remember, even filling up the fridges before our arrival with everything we needed, will DEFINITELY come to the Murex again!

We recently stayed at The Murex and we couldn't be more pleased with the apartment. Super clean, spotless! Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Security 24/7. Free parking underground and on the main rood. Each apartment occupies the whole floor, which provided added privacy.
The rooms were immaculate, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for (including UK/US plugs, TV, full view and access to the terrace). The bathrooms were exceptional. All appliances are of very high standard brands. Daily housekeeping was amazing, everything we asked for was provided with a smile.
The location was perfect—close to attractions with a beautiful view from the terrace as the building is on a hill. The dining area was cozy, spacious and inviting.
I highly recommend it especially for families up to 8 persons. We will definitely comeback if we ever plan to visit again. 10 out of 10 for sure.

The place is absolutely amazing from the time you arrive you feel pure luxury from the interior finishings to the spectacular sea view you feel like royalty. The host is very welcoming and the place is very well located close to most facilities. The Murex is a MUST visit property in Cape Town. The views are absolutely breathtaking of the city below and lionshead behind you. With the lovely summer weather of this weekend the rooftop area and swimming pool was a hit! Although everything is close by, you feel like you are on top of the world in this stunning location. The apartment is luxurious and equipt with top end furniture and appliances. So much attention to detail in every corner. And the breakfast was beautifully presented and so tasteful. The Murex is a "must-stay" when visiting Cape Town. Everything is so accessible from the property in terms of it's location. The building is completely modern with views second to none. If roof top pool party barbeques is your thing, this is the place for you. My wife and I spent our 5th year anniversary there, totally amazing!!!!

The nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in South Africa! I've visited here a number of times but I have never been more impressed by the quality of the apartments and the incredible view than I have at the Murex. My friends and I rented out all three apartments for one month and all three exceeded our expectations. Staff are incredible and safety is not an issue at all here. The rooftop pool and terrace was definitely a highlight for my group as well! Can't recommend it enough!
