Detailed Reviews
Well the people that work at the front desk is nice enough. They gave me a room on the bottom floor so it was close to our open trailer that we had parked so we can keep an eye on stuff. But the room was dirty. I was happy when I walked in and seen there was no rugs on the floor I thought thank God. But the floors had not been cleaned at all I had to use a towel and try to walk with the towel across the floor three times just to try to clean the floors cuz every time we tried to get in and out of bed it was dirt on the bottom of our feet. Rooms are supposed to be cleaned when people leave. Not just rent it out to the next person without cleaning the floors to the point where was that much dirt it was horrible I threw it all in the bathtub. And showed the manager the picture I took the next day which does not even do it justice.

I had selected AARP rate as they did not list CARP the Canadian version. When I went to check in I was told CARP # was not accepted. I asked desk clerk to look for CARP rate in his system and he told me the rate would be approximately $164 the regular rate when I booked was only $104. Apparently he was giving me last min rate. I explained to him that the AARP rate was 10% off regular rate so about $94 so if you could not offer me the CARP discount then at least you should be able to give me the full rate at time of reservation of $104. I had to start getting irritated with him he said he would have to speak with manager and eventually gave me the AARP rate. Very poor customer service. The next issue was how poorly the place is renovated poor drywall work and shoddy paint doors on cabinets were loose and low spots in flooring. The mid wind stairwell was filthy and stunk! I say beds were comfortable and unit was clean.
